True to size and very comfortable, no break in required

. Have been wearing these shoes for the last five years or so and keep rebuying. I stick with basic colors (aluminum, black, olive) and toss in a fun color from time to time. If they get too funky, I remove the insole and toss them in the washer. Let them air dry, and back on my feet they go. I wear a size 8.5 medium in open toe/back sandals, and a 9 medium in a closed toe tie shoe. The 8.5 fits perfectly and it stays on. Love this shoe. Will be back for more.

I always have black, navy and tan in my closet. Love them all. Great for day to day activities when sneakers aren't quite enough.

Great to wear for any occasion. Maximum comfort all day. They wash well if you find yourself in a muddy situation! This pair is my 4th over a span of 10 years.

I use custom orthotics. No problem removing Merrill inserts and replacing with mine.

I wear these as house shoes, on our deck, and to walk down our very long driveway to get the mail. They are more supportive than slippers; more comfortable than moccasins; and easier to get on and off than athletic shoes. I find the fit true to size (8W). The suede band around the foot opening secures the shoe in place. I typically wear them with socks, but they are fine without.

This is my second pair of Encore Breeze shoes. I loved my old pair so much I wore them out! These are very comfortable and are great with jeans for a casual look. The fit seems true to size. I have a very high arch, and I struggle to find shoes that give my feet good support. These shoes are great for that! They may take a day or so to feel really comfortable, but I just wore them around the house the first day that I had them.

I've had so many pairs of this shoe over the years that I've lost count! My absolute go-to favorite shoe!!

A well supported comfortable casual shoe I can wear in summer without socks. I have another pair just like this a half size larger to wear with socks.

They are wonderfully comfortable from the minute they come out of the box. It is my second pair~style is a bit different but my old ones are for sloshing in the rain while the new ones are for inside. I get so many compliments on them but the real joy is the comfort!

I have had these slip-on shoes for years in different colors. They are comfortable in the extreme heat of AZ and the aluminum color looks good with khaki trail pants and white linen pants. I love the arch support and breathability of the uppers. And, of course, the ease of just "slipping" them on and off. These are my go-to shoes.

Lots of arch. support for a low backed shoe. Also cool, meaning no sweating while walking, and if they get wet it's no big deal. I use my Encore Breeze 4 as slippers at home, driving shoes in my camper van, for errands, and they really are great for walking on pavement, grass, and even rocks.
