Comfortable from the first wearing, great support and good looking. This is my second pair and I highly recommend.

Merrell is a good brand for casual outdoor shoes and for budget-oriented hikers. However, it's one of the best brands for hiking boots and hiking shoes. They specialize in "snikers"hybrid sneaker-hikers that lag behind the best brands for hiking boots and shoes in support, durability, and overall quality.

Very comfortable from the first walk! Great quality and they last! I've had several pair over the years and have done many hikes with them.

Great shoes for keeping your feet warm and not to mention dry feet in the snow!

Awesome boots, very comfortable and waterproof. Not to warm either they maintain a comfortable heat.

I have worn Moab 2 mids as hiking boot for several years and have always enjoyed their fit and comfort. This is my first pair of waterproof Moabs, and I find that the extra warmth is appreciated in our Minnesota winter.

Exactly as described. Fabulously comfortable, extraordinary levels of grip, an "all day" sole. Looks really well made both inside and outside. Very impressed, absolutely top quality.

I hiked 16 miles last week in Pinnacles National Park, and these boots performed great. It has rained the day before I arrived, and there was plenty of water and mud, but my feet remained wonderfully dry inside. This is my second pair of Moab 2 boots, and I've been very happy with both.

Moab's are great right out of the box! I've got five pairs! The wife said the other day when she saw themtheirs a Merrell man! Merry Christmas!!

I bought these shoes to be a light weight snow/rain activity boot. So far they have been great when I run & hike through snow.

High quality! True to size, durable and comfortable

Bought these shoes for the trip from Rome to Athens, with several stops along the way. The shoes were sturdy and supportive on those old cobblestone streets. Couldn't be happier. Had pics to upload, but there is no spot for that :(

Light weight, but solid, comfortable, zero break in. Yet very supportive, Perfect fit. My new go to brand.

I have a very wide foot, 4E, and this is the first pair of boots that I've bought in probably 20 years that felt comfortable right out of the box. I wore them with no break and time for a 12 hour stent while training for a search and rescue exercise. My feet felt fine at the end of the day. I cannot comment on the water proof ability because I wasn't out in any wet weather, but I would highly recommend these boots based on my experience so far.

Great fit, great traction, great hiking boot. Switched to the Moab 2 this summer for hiking in the Smokies, then wore them on Kilimanjaro. They provided excellent support, keeping my feet warm and dry, with no blisters.

Fit comfortably right out of the box, bought them for work but now wear them everywhere.
