These boots are extremely comfortable and warm. This is my 3rd pair Merrell boots and I won't buy anything else

The Moab 2 is great. Very comfortable and can be worn business with khakis. The waterproof feature has never let me down. Breathes really well in the southern Ga Heat. It's nice to be able to order by phone!

Bought these shoes for one of my employees. Reports his feet are now staying warm and dry.

I'm a diabetic with painful neuropathy in my feet, which is one of the reasons I bought these boots, because they come in wide. The other reason I bought these boots is because they're waterproof. I am amazed at how comfortable these are! They are lightweight, as well as bring waterproof! For me, these are the best boots/footwear I've ever owned, and when the time comes for me to get new boots, there is no doubt that I wii be going with Merrill!

I saw these online, but rather than guess how there were going to fit and feel I decided to visit the outlet store here in Santa Fe which is only a couple of miles from my house to get proper sizing although I didn't expect them to have this particular version in my size...they did though. From online it seemed to be exactly what I was looking for...it came in a wide size and all... except... that color...yikes. You can call me superficial, but I was shocked and barely recognized them when I first saw them in person. I was interested in the brown color and it looked so much better in real life. Online the brown is way too saturated and has a yellowish/ orange tint (Photoshop nerd I am to notice, but). In fact they are a much more neutral...earthy brown...nice. I know it's how they feel and wear is the chief thing when considering a hiking boot. I wore them all day long and they are super comfy. No, I haven't field tested them, but I can just tell by looking that unless they fall apart which I doubt on observing... I am going to love this purchase. A truly wonderful boot. Perfect for most anything.

I've worn Merrell boots for at least 15 years with great satisfaction. This last pair took me for many miles over the San Juan mountains of South West Colorado. Heavy snow, creek crossings, mud and rocky surfaces, all with ease and comfort. That gave me the confidence to hike and camp the Andes mountains of Ecuador for a year, again with excellent results. That's my review for now, have to order a couple more pair for my next adventure!! Good luck with your Merrells wherever you go!

The most comfortable shoes ever!! Nothing beats Merrell or even gets close.. I'm Soo pleased with everything about these shoes!! Number 1 in my books! Keep up the great work 5 stars all the way!

They are perfect, waterproof, exactly as we hoped.

Merrell is our favorite brand of hiking boots, our entire family wears them. I purchased these for my husband for us to hike the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. He is starting to break them in now and loves them!

This is my second pair of Merrells. My first pair were all leather, waterproof and breatheable. They were good boots, but the stitching broke down after two years and leaked. I thought the strain from a bunion may have contributed. This pair, hopefully because they are stitched in a different pattern and employ different materials will last. I was pleasantly surprised that just as advertised "no break in period. I put them on, they were warn, (we're in a cold snap with unsusally deep snow) supported my ankles and a joy to walk in. Can't wait to go hiking in the Pacific Northwest, and hopefully the desert in the Four Corners. Great boots!

This is the second pair of this product that I've purchased, and I will buy a third. First pair (which I assume is the older model) lasted me nearly 6 years, and were still in wearable shape. Second pair has thus far proved as amazing, if not better, with the addition of the Vibram grip. Very waterproof, comfortable, incredible stability. Will definitely buy this product a third time in another 6 years.

Like you know usually take 1/2 bigger size than your usual shoes. The shoes are very comfortable and fit well. Will test on the terrain with up coming hikes. The design is nice and seems breathable, even it's waterproof, breathability is more important to me.

I have worn Merrill boots and shoes in all seasons for a number of years. They are the most comfortable shoes and boots for my feet, since I need to have high quality footwear. For the winter, the waterproof models are stellar. In the summer, the non gortex models keep my feel cool and refreshed. Just ordered another pair of boots to replace a pair that is ready for the garbage. I hate to replace them, yet when it is time to do so, the new ones fit like a glove upon trying them on.

Have long been a fan of Merrill footwear but haven't bought an over the ankle boot rather than the usual shoe. Purchased these and have been most pleased. They seem to have the traditional durability of Merrill shoes and are very comfortable.

I have never owned a pair of hiking boots but since retiring needed something other than cross trainers.. Tried on three brands with these being the last. From the time I put them on I knew these were much better than the others. They fit my feet like a glove, have a high arch and good ankle support. I have worn them less than a week but spent five hours at the stock show and walked a total of about 4.5 miles. My legs felt great and feet did not hurt. I'm a big guy so I carry a lot of weight. These boots are the best.

I picked up a pair yesterday and immediately went out and walked 4 miles up and down hills with a 40 lb backpack at 18 degrees F. Feet were perfectly warm and totally comfortable the whole time. These are the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn out of the box. Likes: - Easy on, easy off - Perfect fit, perfect foot comfort - Warm - Good grip in snow, okay on ice - Good ankle support - Look good Dislikes: -None. Don't know: - Waterproofing - Durability I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship.

I don't write reviews but I saw some of the other reviews. This review is to balance it out. These boots rock! Super comfortable, look cool, warm and water proof. Wear them with business casual to work.

Finally a boot that has enough arch support. My feet feel very secure in these boots. I would recommend them to everyone.

Bought these on web site due to most stores not carrying my size or width. They are very comfortable and where used for 11 day tour in Israel. Never had any discomfort wearing them everyday. Now the wife is thinking about buying a pair.

It has been nearly impossible to find high-quality, waterproof hiking boots in a 14W size. But these boot not only fit my feet but they hold up to the elements and provide the support and comfort I need when I am out on the trails.

These boots were much better than I expected. They fit perfectly and are the most comfortable hiking boots I've worn in a very long time.

I have had a heck of a time trying to find comfortable, sturdy shoes and boots that will accommodate my feet. I've broken bones in my right foot several times so that my foot is very wide through the toes, and most shoes I've worn in the past rub my toes raw. I'm so happy I was able to find a boot that allows me to go on the hikes I love even with my old broken feet.
