I purchased a pair of these about 6 months ago there absolutely amazing hiking boots there light m very breathable never had footware in my life thats kept my feet dry n warm at the same time I hiked about 230 miles in these n they still look as new as I took them out of the box thank you Merrell for maken a good product

It was wonderful to slip on a boot out of the box and it fit perfectly! It takes me forever, usually, to find shoes that feel right off the shelf. Thought I would take a chance with an online shoe purchase. Best idea everrr! These boots are the holy grail of boots, so far. True to fit, wide width, really comfortable out of the box. I don't see the need for any "break in" time. Loved the comfort level so much I ordered another pair of Merrells 2 days later! Also very impressed with the 2nd pair! Merrell has earned my business!

I was looking for a WIDE, square toed shoe with an insole that cradled my foot. Having neuropathy, comfort is essential. Except for an inordinate number of snail advertisement after purchasing the product, I am extremely satisfied.

On a Trip to Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico I truly discovered the High Performance nature of the MOAB Boot. Our crew trekked 54 miles, in 12 days in the heat, rain, hail, stream crossings, diverse terrain, summited Mt Baldy (12,441 feet), Hart's Peak & Dean Skyline (8000 feet) and the MOAB boot kept my feet dry, comfortable, sure footed and NO BLISTERS I was considering looking at other brands of boots, but the High Performance of the MOAB has made me a Merrell Fan for life and will recommend them to anyone who asks. We also had to replace a Scouts worn boots a day before our trek, we replaced them with the MOAB boot, he experienced a great trek with no foot issues. Thanks Merrell for a great boot. Very comfortable boots. I ordered a wide size which i am really glad they had. I use them for working out in the woods. They are very sturdy and have a strong sole and good grip for going up and down hills with rocks. Nothing negative to say. Very well made affordable boots.

Beautiful shoe. Very, very comfortable. I tried them on for size at a store then ordered my colour online. I'm a size 9 Canadian and these were 9.5 US for a perfect fit. Couldn't be happier. Feels like I'm floating on air.

I am in my feet all day and Merrill boots are with me all day. I have two pair that I alternate wearing one a day or more, then the other. They last and keep my feet comfortable while working. They look good too which is a nice bonus, not looking gone after a few wears, which isn't the main issue, but good too. Thanks Merrell, waited a while before I found you.

Bought a Merrell hiking shoe for the first time and it really lived up to its reputation. Tried it for the first time on a difficult and steep hike. Did not need breaking in, it was comfortable the first time. The number of times I did not slip on a really slippery climb was well worth the money paid. Lets see how it goes in the long run. As a last comment, could have been a bit lighter in weight.

This is my 5th pair of Merrell Moab shoes. Very comfortable and have always fit well. I'm very hard on my work shoes but these last 2-3 years each.

First let me start by saying, the last pair of Merrell's I got, I still wear. I've just put a few miles on them. (3 years and going strong!!) However, since they do have some milage on them, I wanted a new pair!! As expected, the size was perfect, they looked great, and ZERO defects!! If you have any doubts about buying these shoes, buy them!!! Then make your decision. They will not disappoint!! These shoe are very comfortable and can take a beating. I' would wear them with my Coat & Tie if I could. Anyway, do yourself a favor and give them a try!!! Hope you enjoy them!

I've never purchased a Merrell product before. I'd read reviews and took a gamble. These are great. They fit out of the box, no break-in period like many shoes/boots have. Extremely comfortable. I'll definitely buy Merrell products again.

Ordered these for a 6 mile, mud season, hike in the Adirondack mountains. I didn't have any time to break them in before the big day (for me anyway). The fit was perfect and one mile to the hike I retired the boots and the foot bed conformed my foot just right.. The shoe had great grip in the mud and my feet stayed dryer than expected, considering the are not Gortex. They are now my go to shoes now for all my bikes and after about 25 miles of various terrains and conditions, I remain very happy with my purchase.

Have you ever been to Jazzfest in New Orleans? 8 hours on your feet going from stage to stage. Mud so thick it wants to suck your boots off went it rains and sandy dust when it's dry. My first pair of these boots lasted me through 10 years of Jazzfests. After four days, I'd shove them into a garbage bag, fly home and throw them in the washer/dryer. And, of course, I wore them dozens of times per year for hiking in mountains and walking the streets. Finally, pair #1 started to break down. Second pair required no break in period. Totally comfortable from the moment I put them on. They are perfect for people who create torture test situations for themselves and never want to think about their feet. I guess I'll be back here in another 10 years to provide my next review.

This boot hopefully will break in a little more with time, used these on and off for two weeks. They still feel stiff, is very solid and supportive. The laces are very short, it is difficult to double knot or crosslock the lace due to length.

These are my go to boot. They are very durable and comfortable and lasts.

Great fit right out of the box. First trek was 4.5 miles on flat ground with hundreds of starts stops and direction changes. Second trek was a 4 mile 1000 foot elevation change. two miles out two back on a misty slick loose rocky surface. The shoes performed flawlessly with no chaffing. So happy I purchased them.

Over the years I have purchased 5 pairs of the Moab Mid Waterproof hiker, 4 of which are still in service. I cycle my older ones into yard work footwear, as their water and dirt resistance comes in handy. The Moab Mid Waterproof is so comfortable that it has replaced regular shoes and sneakers as my go-to daily footwear. The only activities I engage in where they are not on.my feet is when I play tennis or go for a run.

I bought these boots for my husband and he loves them.
