I have bought 6 pairs of these over the past few years! I ordered two pairs in different colors my last order. One of the pairs makes a squeaky noise when I walk which detracts from hiking in the woods when you want to see wildlife and frankly drives me a little crazy. The animals hear that squeak and take off!!! Other than the squeak I love the shoes as I hike almost everyday. Good quality and comfortable fit - 7W women's siren fits me perfectly. MD in AustinTX

than Moab wide by at least 1/4 inch. They still work but are snugger than I am used to. I've been wearing Moab with powerstep insoles for years. I no longer wear leather so decided to give these a try. They work.

I like the Siren's Edge. This was the first time I purchased this particular shoe, although I always buy Merrell for my walking shoe. It is lighter weight than previous shoes, but not quite as sturdy. It fits well, but doesn't hold my foot as well in one position as the other Merrells I have had. I really like the look and the fit, but won't purchase this particular style again, as I need a very sturdy shoe for daily distance walking.

Super comfortable and light weight

Purchased for trail walking, they provide good support in the heel and bottom and a roomy toe box. Nice quality. Wish there was more cushioning and they would be perfect!

I always enjoy my Merrell's they are comfortable on my heels. I have issues with both big toes and they do not irritate them hard to find in some others!

The Siren Edge is my go to walking shoe. Removable insoles allowed me to put in my orthotic insoles, and the wide width is comfortable on my bunions. Good traction for hiking and good support for long walks. Wish they made a wide width in a lighter "breathable" fabric as they are a little warm for this time of year. I walk 4-6 miles a day. Great shoe! Comfortable and supportive.

Just received and finally found a lightweight sneaker/hiker for warmer weather. I've worn Sirens for years and this new style is unusual as it includes 3-D punted material in the construction. We'll see how it goes!

This is a great shoe. They fit very comfortably and true to size. I haven't worn them much yet, but they are feeling like they will hold up and keep my feet happy.

Ordered a Wide Width, and it is true to size. Roomy and confortable.

I own over a dozen Merrill shoes and love every one except this one. It squeaks on every step and has done so since I bought them a couple months ago. It a shame because they fit great and are comfortable. I wore them once and the squeaking bothers me so I don't wear them. Maybe just these pairs?

This is a reliable shoe for hiking! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it feels slightly wider than its predecessor (I have very narrow feet; the shoe won't feel wide to most). Overall, very satisfied!

My only complaint is that they pick up any moist dirt and hold it in the sole treads. But they fit well and have great traction for walking on uneven ground, and that was why I bought them.

I have very flat and wide feet which means I have alot of difficulty finding comfortable shoes. I am please with my purchase. The wider toe box fits well. I purchased the black and purple...two of my favorite colors. I have to use inserts so I removed the ones that came in the shoes. The only problem with this, is they aren't as cushy. I am looking to purchase hiking boots in the future and am pleased to see wide widths offered, which have been very difficult to find. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase.

These are great, if you don't stand all day on you feet. I would recommend the wide, if you do. I have both.

Fit was off stiff in the foot bed and sides rubbed my ankles
