This is my7th pair and I absolutely love them! I have a hard time finding shoes that are comfortable since breaking my foot (and tearing ligaments in my ankle) but these are SO comfortable! I don't even have to use my custom Orthotic inserts anymore.

Good fit, merrels always fit me well...i have high arches and wear orthotic inserts. The sole could be a bit more giving, but does have a good enough rocker to it

I have a difficult time finding hiking shoes that fit and these fit the bill. I ordered one size up as I usually do for hiking shoes and I am pleased with my selection. They are lightweight, which I wanted, are comfortable, and have good arch support. My feet are narrow and I can lace sufficiently to get a tight fit.

I wear the shoes each day for walking. I am over 70 years old and find that I need a shoe with excellent support. I walk about 6 miles each day and some of my walks are on a bridges over a large lagoon. The shoes are great!

The fit is good, I added another sole insert for added cushion though. I've worn them on several hikes now and the grip is good on slippery rocks and different terrain.

This is the 3rd pair of these I've ordered. They are comfortable and look good. I'm a walker, not a hiker or jogger, but these are my favorite walking shoes.

Love these, and on my second pair. Very lightweight and durable. Great for everyday hiking in almost any weather. Not reported to be waterproof but stay dry in rain.

In the past, I had a size 10 in Merrell’s and it fit great. I had them for 12 years. I don’t remember the style, but more of the hiking one. First I ordered the Moab 2 in 9.5 and it was too small. And it was a bit bulky for my taste. Then I tried the Siren traveler and this one both in size 10. They were too big, but this one caught my eye. So, I thought I would order the size 9.5 and that is just perfect. This shoe is by far my favorite. I love the color and the tread is amazing. I hike once 2 twice a week with a friend upwards of 5 1/2 miles and there’s a lot of hills and loose gravel as well as steep. So I really wanted the tread. I didn’t really need the waterproof, as I live in Southern California. So the tread is deep and plenty so I will be able to tackle all of it. And, these are a little more fun with color, the feel a little narrower as they hug my feet. I am a medium width, but the others were not as narrow. The 9.5 arch hits right at the best spot and it is a nice size. I have plantar fasciitis in both my feet, so I am really particular with my shoes. The heel to ball angle is just right. I’m very excited to get to the trails in these and thank you Zappos for allowing me to keep on trying until I got it right.

Love these. There’s sufficient room in the toe box for my (admittedly rather stumpy) toes, and the heel isn’t giving any grief to my recently surgically reconstructed Achilles. They’re not cushy, but that’s fine-they’re not advertised as such. They have that somewhat stiff feel you’d expect in a trail shoe, but not as stiff as some, it feels more like a running shoe than a hiking boot to me.

When wearing these Merrell tie shoes, my feet feel wonderful all day with excellent support from both the internal design and flexible and supportive external material of the inner and outer sides of the shoe. The most wonderful part is when the shoes are tied securely, the sides of the shoe hug your foot like a pair of fine gloves giving a wonderful support. I noticed this hugging affect after wearing these shoes a few times. I really don't want to take them off when I walk through my front door. They are so comfortable! LOVE THESE SHOES for work, shopping, and walking for exercise. The Vibram soles last forever it seems. This is my go-to shoe. Hope Merrell continues making this style. I have three pairs of this AWSOME shoe and have other Merrell shoes - mules and black patent leather and suede lace-up dressier sport shoe. Hope this is helpful.

My first hike with these shoes told the tale. I inadvertently took a "difficult" trail that included a steep 600-ft climb on sometimes loose, pebbly dirt. My Merrell Siren Edge 3's gripped the trail and kept me upright, even on the steep trip down the mountain. I ordered the 7W size and am impressed at the width of the toe box, while the mid-section hugs my foot comfortably and the heel never slips. Unlike a lot of hiking shoes, they are not so stiff that you feel like you're walking with your feet in concrete blocks. These shoes are flexible enough for comfort, but sturdy enough to provide support. Not only do they perform, these shoes are cute! And they're a great value for the money.
