Worked great very comfortable and light for the 5 mile rocky trail I went on but I didn't wear hiking socks because you're feet can get hot because they are water resistant so not much ventilation so I used running socks they worked great. Only issue was when I got to the muddy part of the trail it was very slippery so they are not very good for muddy trails (not for trails in Kauai) but they are absolutely very good for regular trails they have perfect tread great comfort. I wear 81/2 but got a 9 as usual for my hiking shoes and they fit perfect. Very happy with them look forward to using them on my next hike.

Ordered my usual shoe size, and it fit like a glove! It's light and comfortable... Very happy with the colour choice of 'rock'. I usually plan to wear them indoors for fitness, but this shoe is great for city and light trail walking as well. I previously bought a similar pair of blue Merrells 7 years ago and they still look great, although the soles are completely worn of and slippery now!

This is my second pair as they are definitely my favourite shoe. My orthotics fit inside nicely along with a supportive fit. I use them for daily use as well as hiking.

Great overall shoe but not built to last. I had an old version of this shoe and it only lasted a few years. It's still a great shoe so I bought another pair. It's fit is a little small (normally 7 but wear an 8) but shoe is comfortable, good tread and lightweight for a waterproof shoe.

I love the shoes and they are truly waterproof. I have had Siren's in past years. There is something about the rubber on the tip of the toe, however, that makes me trip.

I bought these to help with plantar fasciitis. I like the firm support. I am using an insole with them, but have used the insoles in other shoes, too, and my feet are definitely happier in the Merrells. They are nice enough looking to wear with my everyday casual clothes. I didn't like the athletic look of some others I've tried.

These shoes are great. I have foot maladies and the firmness supported my feet. Day one, I wore them all day: dog walking, shopping, errands, house chores and no foot pain. I'm hoping they are good in snow for my winter dog walks.

This is my second pair of the same sneaker. So comfortable, no need to "break them in". And love that they are waterproof too! My toes stay dry when walking my dogs through the morning dew.

Merrells are my favorite shoes. They fit great and are comfortable for me. I like the waterproof ones when walking in the rain or snow. They keep my feet dry.

Good fit, comfy on a lng walk, excellent grip on surfaces, and lightweight.

Not real cushy but comfortable enough. True to size and lovely to have a truly waterproof pair of shoes for walking.

Great walking shoe! I have worn this brand for years and keep going back. They provide good support in all weather. I can walk all day and my feet never tire. I always order online because I get a choice of a variety of colours, and other types in my size.
