This shoe is an attractive style but is very cheaply made. The biggest problem for me was the complete lack of arch support. I felt like I was standing barefoot on a hardwood floor. The fabric over the toe area is also very thin and looked like it would tear in no time. I'll be returning these. This is the first time I’ve purchased a pair of New Balance and am very disappointed in the quality.

I have been wearing New Balance size 7.5, Wide for 20 years. This pair did not have the usual wide toe-box, and consequently were very uncomfortable squeezing my foot to where the sole burned when I was walking. It felt like the sole of my foot was being pinched. I first tried my usual 7.5 W which were entirely too small, so I exchanged for an 8 W which were still too narrow. Such a shame. The NB Store in my city has closed, so I have no place to go to try on these shoes before purchase. I am completely bummed.

Size wise they were just fine, I wear an 8.5 and that's what I got. There is no support, so don't buy them unless you are actually flat footed. The fabric is loose and doesn't hold your foot well over time. I would have sent mine back right away, but my dog got ahold of it.

This shoe was very sloppy on my foot particularly in the ball of my foot. It will be returned. This surprised me as I was in a New Balance store and they measured me at a 6.5. I even tried on shoes there at the store in the 6.5 and they fit fine. They did not have the color I wanted so I went online to Zappos. The style was different, but more to my liking. So dissappointed.

The toe box is much wider and longer than the 2’s I purchased last year. I do not mind the small amount of length added. It felt like maybe a half size larger. When I put the shoe on it felt like I had accidentally received the 9 wide rather than the 9 b. I double checked the box as well as the description on the inside of the tongue to make sure I had the right size. Even after tightening the laces these shoes felt sloppy and too wide. I am returning these. Too bad. I really liked the light teal and grey.

They were extremely soft. No support. Not walking shoes! I sent them back.

The shoe had no cushion in the ball of foot. No support at all.

I ordered size 8.5, box says 8.5, but shoes are size 10. Yikes!! Please check your boxes!

Terrible fit. There is no shape to the footbed- no arch support, no heel cupping, etc. In addition, the proportions are all wrong, with the widest part of the shoe WAY to far forward. When the ball of my foot was at the widest part of the shoe, there was 1/2 inch between my heel and the back of the shoe, while my toes were scrunched up in the toebox. Don't know where New Balance got the lasts for these shoes, but it was not from any human foot. Maybe Cinderella's evil step-sister?
