These shoes HURT my feet. I've been wearing New Balance for over a decade, and this is the first pair that I have not liked. I don't know what's wrong with them, but they are awful. I initially thought they just needed to get broken in, but the ache in my metatarsal joints that lasts for days every time I wear them is not going away even after wearing them multiple times a week. At least the blisters stopped after the first month. Sigh.

Returning these shoes. The toe box is narrow. I have worn New Balance for 25+ years because the toe box is roomy and leaves room for my orthopedic inserts. Very disappointed

Brought these because I'm in rehab and I need them to fit with my AFO'S. Unfortunately they were too tight even though I got 2 sizes bigger and wide width. Disappointing because I really need shoes to start back walking, I heard New Balance was good for people with disabilities but they didn't work for me. I have no way to return them but I will try.

I liked the styling of this shoe, and I tried very hard to wear it ( all indoors), but it was too wide. It had a wide tag on it, but the shoes said they were a "B" width. I ordered a "B". I think these shoes are mismarked, and should have returned them right away. I just wanted them to fit because I liked the way they looked.

I usually wear 9W but these were way too big. The width was fine but way too big.

Not at all what you expect from a New Balance shoe. Felt very “flat” and the overall fit is just so different than any other New Balance shoe I’ve owned. Would not recommend.

Very disappointed in this shoe.. My previous pair of Fresh Foam lasted almost a year. I have barely gotten 5 months out of these and the heel has won through already.

I have used Zappos for many years to help patients purchase shoes...this style does not work - where the tongue is sewn into the upper, they are not able to get these shoes on. The description does not indicate this, and they look like typical lace-up style. Pretty cute, though, with nice color.

I bought these because they closely resembled my last pair of NB but they were poorly made, seams not finished and lacked any cushion. Put my old and new on and there was no comparison though they both had the fresh foam.

I have no idea what's up with the inside of this shoe. How come when you put your weight on sneakers today, you "feel" the inner construction on the shoe..??? Like the other 8 pair I ordered from Zappo - different brands - there must be no padding in these shoes. Shoe manufacturers....you're not supposed to feel the inner construction of the shoe! Shoes in general are so poorly made today. New Balance says they make their shoes in the the USA, but quality has really declined.

This was a disappointing fit. Too short and too wide on me. Didn't think changing sizes would help, so gave up on this style.

I am on my feet 50 hours a week running around on a hard tiled floor. I usually buy Nike Free Rn but 2020 version was super ugly so I bought these instead. Big mistake. Usually a pair of Nike's lasts me a year, 7 months in with these New Balance shoes my heels feel like they have no support whatsoever, the foam underneath got all worn out. Horrible. Never buying New Balance again.

Heel pain was so terrible I had to return them. They are stylish, but, no support. I felt like I was walking barefooted. Too bad. They looked great with my work uniform.

A purchased a pile of shoes I researched looking for one top running and one top cross train outdoor pair shoes. These were flat meaning they fit, were not big/small but the cushion in them and the perfect fit was lackluster. They were a nice basic shoe (makes sense for the price). I usually get a replacement every two years and like mine to last. These do not feel like a 2 year lasting pair of shoes.

Purchased these for at home workouts. There is not much support in the footbed or upper shoe. Overall, they feel quite flimsy. Would not buy again.
