Despite ordering, my usual NB size, I could barely cram my feet into these as. Show unusually shallow and tongue undersized.

These destroyed my feet after I started walking a few miles a day, specifically my big toes on each foot. At first I thought something was wrong with my feet but I finally stopped wearing them and after a few days my feet started to feel better. I'd not recommend these if you know you have any issues with your feet.

Disappointed. Felt flimsy, no side support, foot turned in while walking.

Looks great. However I have flat feet and these shoes do not offer support for any slight over pronation. Most neutral shoes work, but these were like having a towel wrapped around my foot.

The fit is weird!! There is no symmetry or contour from the arch to the forefoot and toe box! I had purchased 2 pairs of the Fresh Foam Roav Backpack and they are the most perfectly fit and comfortable shoe I've purchased in a LONG TIME!! I needed a Black shoe to use for work situations and Zappos was/is out of stock for a Black one. I'll go on the waiting list and hopefully will fill my order soon. Straight up TOTALLY unimpressed with this ARISHI v3!

Very nice looking shoe. Fit is ok, runs a little narrow even the extra wide. Not providing good support for being on my feet at work. I’m 3 hours into my shift and my feet are already hurting. Feels like very little support. Definitely wouldn’t recommend for a job where you stand a lot.

These fit well, and were comfortable, but there were some issues with the design. The tongue seemed not to fit well, and there were some wrinkles in the fabric that looked odd. I also didn't like the design as much in person as on-line.

The 4E was tight all over.

Hurt my feet 4e size has hardly any support, small insole hurt my feet on the sides as there was no support.

The shoe is listed as Extra Wide / 4E but they are not the same. Disappointing that Zappos will not separate true 4Es from Extra Wide.

These were too narrow and hurt my feet to walk in so I returned them. I had the previous v2 and they were ok but new balance must be making the v3 version narrower for some reason. I might try the wide ones and see if they’re better.

Within 30 days, the stitching on the front right show came apart and required super glue. Additionally, th einner sole of the left show came lose and does not fit back in, making the shoe very uncomfortable. I already ordered and returned these shoes for poor quality once. Very, very dispoainted.

Second pair I’ve purchased of this New Balance model. They felt slightly smaller than my first pair. Shoe lace length not the same for both shoes. Disappointing…

I liked how they looked and how light they were. That is all I liked. After going for a walk in them the first time I had severe blisters on the back of both of my feet and sort of felt like I did the whole thing in bare feet. Not for heavy people I guess.

The shoes are great, however the laces are way too short. I bought two pair of these (one gray, one black) and both have laces that are so short I can barely tie them. To make matter worse, when I contacted New Balance, their customer service reps indicated that they have no way to send me longer laces. The only recourse is that I should return them. This was their response to me asking for 2 longer sets of laces: "Thank you for contacting New Balance. At this time we do not offer replacement laces. Total customer satisfaction is very important to us and we are currently working on having this available in the future." Obviously, this is an incredibly stupid response from a manufacturer. Let's be clear - they make the shoes - in a lot of different sizes. Which means they have laces in a lot of different sizes. But they can't supply replacement laces? And they're "working on having this available in the future" ? They couldn't send a more condescending, generic, formulaic response if they tried. Embarrassing. New Balance has been in business since 1906. They claim to be responsible and customer oriented. Yet after 116 years they cannot manage the simple task of supplying the correct length laces for the only product they make - shoes. New Balance is a joke.

The shoes fit great, however after one week of wear there was a hole in the upper part of the shoe, near the laces. My 11yo can be hard on shoes, but usually they last at least 4 or 5 months. I'm returning these because one week is unacceptable for the shoes to not be able to hold up.
