The shoes are decently cushioned (being Fresh Foam and all), but otherwise fit oddly. They're narrow and your foot kind of spills off the sole sometimes depending on your movement. Not great given that this shoe is supposed to be for running and cross-training. The coloring is also different than it appears in pictures - not gray so much as an off white color, and much brighter than you'd figure.

After 20+ years wearing NB these are not what I have come to expect. The shoe is decently comfortable but run extremely large. I have put maybe 50 miles on these shoes in a little over 30 days and they already seem to be degrading and become uncomfortable. These will not hold up very long and not worth what I paid. The sizing was way off I would suggest atleast 1 size down. This along with another show I have order is having me look into another company for shoes which I have not done in almost 20 years.

The shoe feels flimsy and the padding is next to nothing. I usually have good success with New Balance but this was not a good outcome.

This shoe is nice to look at but has no foot support. I will not be running in it.

Soul was apart when I got them. Seem to be a hair too small for the shoe and moves around a lot. Ordered 4E, but feels much tighter than the other New Balance sneakers I ordered in the same size and width.

I have choose orange color sole but delivered green color pair. Also delivery took longer than expected.

You have to untie these shoes every time you want to put them on. Every other shoe I have had. You only need to retire around once a mouth and then you could just slip them on.

The shoes are great, however the laces are way too short. I bought two pair of these (one gray, one black) and both have laces that are so short I can barely tie them. To make matter worse, when I contacted New Balance, their customer service reps indicated that they have no way to send me longer laces. The only recourse is that I should return them. This was their response to me asking for 2 longer sets of laces: "Thank you for contacting New Balance. At this time we do not offer replacement laces. Total customer satisfaction is very important to us and we are currently working on having this available in the future." Obviously, this is an incredibly stupid response from a manufacturer. Let's be clear - they make the shoes - in a lot of different sizes. Which means they have laces in a lot of different sizes. But they can't supply replacement laces? And they're "working on having this available in the future" ? They couldn't send a more condescending, generic, formulaic response if they tried. Embarrassing. New Balance has been in business since 1906. They claim to be responsible and customer oriented. Yet after 116 years they cannot manage the simple task of supplying the correct length laces for the only product they make - shoes. New Balance customer service is a joke.
