These steel toe shoes are heavy, stiff, and bulky. If you need comfortable shoes to walk around a warehouse these are not a good choice.

If you told me the CIA designed these to torture prisoners at Gitmo, I would believe you. Soles so hard it's like walking around with a concrete floor inside your shoes. Negative arch support. Got a 4E width and still had no room to move my toes. Wore them to work one day and woke up the next morning with heel pain, knee pain, and hip pain.

Does not fit and in the right shoe something sharp sticking foot so once again I can’t wear these shoes

I have had multiple surgeries on my feet. I am new Amazon employee and must wear shoes with a composite toe. Zappos was very helpful in letting me return 2 size shoes that would normally fit fine for me but the shape of the shoe and the composite toe was causing me pain. I had to go to a size 16 extra wide. I used a soft insole and tied them tight and that solved my problem. I have a comfortable pair of shoes that meets Amazon standards thanks to Zappos customer service.

i like them iots just the proportion of extra space in them hurtb my feet and there is no arch for mynbflat feet

Very hard on the toe of the shoes. I ended up donating this pair to Goodwill

these is no support they are hard soles

Material don’t match

The first three days wearing the New Balance 589 ESD were extremely uncomfortable, it induced pain all over the feet while standing for a prolong period of time. I'm displeased with the comfort of these New Balance however the style is a sold 3.5 - 4 overall.
