My toe rubs against the steel and will create blisters. Very uncomfortable.

I felt dissatisfied about this product. I had been a New Balance customer for years and never got problems with the comfortable of the products. This shoes got the label on of New Balance but feels like a scam of the brand. Very heavy for been using it in a 12 hours shift.
I'd also recommend:
New Balance, Nike, Under Armor, Reebok

Composite toe shoes are not for me. I got these in 4E, hoping it would be extreme extra wide and for the toe box. Despite extra room, the composite toe material still rubs against my pinky and big toe; after prolong wear I fear I’d get corns and bunion or blusters, at the very least. There’s no real foot support in this make. I took these to work, changed into them and only lasted about 30 minutes before I had to put my own insoles inside. But even afterwards, I could only wear these for about 2 hours. Now, I know (you gotta break em in) and I would but the deal breaker was that I started to feel the toe box issue I mentioned above within those two hours. I work 10 hours per shift, 4 days a week at Amazon... This program has been a disappointment, we should be given a selection of non composite footwear...Having worked for over 2 years here I’ve never needed steel toe or composite footwear. I go through sneakers I personally buy from them floors. I buy NB ASICS Skechers Crocks Brooks and they add up.

The fit in size was great any problem is it didn't have enough insole for comfort after wearing them two days I can almost feel the bottom of the inside of the shoe and I hurt my feet

Definitely for those who prioritize Comfort and Safety over Style. I'm normally a 15 4E, but I went up a size to 16 to ensure adequate width of the composite toe cap and recommend it as the weight of the cap starts to be felt after a good 12-14-hr shift. Aligns with the levels of comfort and support one would expect from New Balance, but at the extended size and width with the bloated front from the toe protection, the shoes are borderline hideous. Taking all aspects into account these shoes look like the kind of shoes that if Frankenstein's Monster had these, he probably would have been able to outrun the angry villagers. Will keep your toes safe; can't say the same about your dignity. ¯\_(?)_/¯

Fit and size seemed fine but there was absolutely no arch support. The insoles were lightly padded didn't offer any cushioning. Not recommended if your going to be working on your feet all day. Not very comfortable overall for $110.
I'd also recommend:
some orthotic brands.

Good enough. The tread picks up too much trash and they are heavy. Fairly comfortable and seem durable.

The shoes look great, are lightweight and well built. That being said, the toe cup is too narrow for wide feet. If you order these, and you take a wider shoe, go up in size.

I purchased 4 different shoe, 2 sizes and 2 widths, still the safety toe pushed in on my big toe. All other parts of the shoe felt good, just couldn't get comfortable.

I can't wear shoes with toe caps. Other than the toe caps, the shoes fit well, and looked good.

It looks good but it is not a good choice as a safety shoe. It was torn apart in a couple of months.

Even with different insoles these shoes are hard and uncomfortable. They are heavy and not worth buying. Need some softer material in the shoes and more comfort.
I'd also recommend:
Timberland Pro has better insoles

As an Amazon delivery driver I can say these shoes are more like boots. They are not comfortable but excel at keeping snow from soaking into your socks, good traction on ice and the "steel" toe are nice. Overall, they are more suited for folks who dont do much walking but need a steel toe.
