I sized up and these were just way too small - I have other New Balance in the same size and never any problem. Super cute but sadly I will have to return.

Very short ?

These shoes look darling. I love how they look. However, I was really surprised by the lack of support. I had read reviews and knew that they would not have the best support and might be more for casual wear, but these have NO support at all. I have a standard width foot that is on the narrow side if anything and my foot was hanging off the inside edge of the shoe. It was the strangest thing. The toe box is actually really wide, but the arch area is extremely narrow. These shoes also have negligible padding in the bottom. There is no way I could wear these, even for casual wear, and I am not someone that needs a lot of support in a shoe. They could definitely not be worn for exercise, even walking. I would recommend going with a more substantial shoe.

I loved these shoes! They were really comfy. However after only 6 months they have a hole in the toe area on the right foot . I haven't worn them that often, and I keep my toenails short, the material is just really thin there. Super disappointing for $70 shoes.

They fit fine and the size is spot on; they just don't have much in the way of support or padding. I was really disappointed. If you are looking strictly for something cute, they work. If you are looking to walk in them and feel that your feet are getting good support, pass.

Really hard to put on without a shoehorn.

I just ordered 3 items believing that I would receive them in the next day mail. But after I checked out It was mentioned I maynot get them going away in 2 days wanted to take them on vacation with me that's one of my reasons for placing my order. I SURE HOPE I RECEIVE THIS ON TIME

Memory Foam madness! The thing I do not understand is why sneaker manufacturers would ever think to use bedding material for the insole of a sneaker!! I mean your foot slides all over the place and of course slipping feet means blisters, twisted ankles, and a return of the defectively designed garbage! I give 2 stars for style since they appear stylish and are very lightweight. This is the first New Balance that I’ve been disappointed with.
