The fit was good for my wide foot, but the shoes were impossible to get on without the help of a shoe horn. i had hoped that they would loosen up after wearing them a few times, but unfortunately they did not. I wish now that I had returned them immediately, before I wore them.

These are comfortable to wear at first but I did not like how they felt while training at the gym. The foam core seems neat but also feels like it will wear out quickly. I am always a 6.5 in NB, but for this shoe, I had to go up .5 size (size 7) These are a great shoe to have as a comfortable walk-around-town "cute sneaker" shoe but I need to go back to the minimus for the gym.

Too short. My toes are crunched

I ordered my normal shoe size; however, was unable to even get my foot into the shoe opening as the shoes don't have a traditional shoe opening with laces.

I don't want to rate the shoes they were just to flat. NB is my shoes of choice

I bought these as work shoes, I work 12 hr shifts. They felt so comfortable at first but they push my foot to the inside. It was awful and I had already worn them and wasn't able to return.

I love the cute shoes but was disappointed that the shoe did not fit. I always wear an 8, and this one was probably a half size too small even though it was an 8.

Attempted to return this item. Haven't received confirmation regarding the return. This shoe did not look good on my foot or did it provide any support.

The description of the shoe said order true size. so did and i my ties was tight to the end. Had to return and order a half size up.

They started to fall apart after two uses. Terrible waste of money.

These shoes have terrible support. The sole is near nonexistent. There is nothing energizing about joints sharing together.

I brought my usual size 9, they were definitely too small. You may want to size up a WHOLE size

I wear New Balance almost exclusively and generally get the 574. I wear a size 12 wide and love that I can get cute WOMEN'S shoes in this size from New Balance. I was excited to try this new style; sadly, the shoe is currently packed upnto be returned. I opened up the box and thought I had been accidentally sent the wrong size. It looked no larger than a 9, maybe 10. Nope, it's labeled as 12W. I tried it on with the thinnest sock I own. It went on but only because the material is so flexible. My toes were literally curled under my foot. Obviously there is a huge sizing problem with this shoe. Big fail, big disappointment.

I have a pair of New Balance running shoes and love them. Ordered these and sized up like suggested and still way too small. Will work to walk around town but not good gym shoes.

Ordered a size 12 woman's sneaker. Inside the shoe was marked size 12, but it was clearly too small. It looked like a size 9 or 10 at most. Very disappointed. I ordered this sneaker for a trip.

I bought my first ever pair of New Balance shoes. They are very cute and very comfortable. I bought them on 4/20/22 while out of state. They are already falling apart, the sole is coming loose from the shoe. Due to being out of state and traveling by plane I do not have the original box and the receipt got lost while I was out of state on bereavement. The original store will not process a return with out the receipt and New Balance themselves was LESS than helpful without the receipt information and state that I can submit what I have BUT the policy for returns is very strict. They do not care that their product has lasted 16 days. DO NOT BUY NEW BALANCE SHOES IF YOU WANT THEM TO LAST. I will NEVER buy this product again.

These shoes fit like very tight socks, not shoes. They look great, but they hurt my feet the minute I put them on. I returned them, still waiting for a refund.

After reading the reviews about the running small, I sized up a half and it still wasn't fitting properly. There is ZERO arch support and the sole and sides are super squishy. I'm not sure how this show fits anyone's foot properly. Only thing good about it was the design. Returned for refund.

Usually NB fits so great but these were so incredibly small. I ordered an 11 wide and I couldn't even get it over my foot. I was so excited when they came but they just left me very disappointed. If you have wide feet, these are not the shoes for you.
