These were SOOO comfortable right out of the box. Felt like a hug for my feet. (I did order a half-size up based on previous reviews and got them in wide.)
However, after wearing them only a few days, the sole already seems like it's breaking down. The 'foam' looks compressed like some of my running shoes after several months of hard running, and I have only worn these walking around the house. Was planning to get a second pair in another color, but now I'm not so sure.

I LOVED the stylish look and feel of the shoe; however, it was absolutely not conducive for long walking, which is what I was looking. For me, this shoe didn't give enough support and my ankle kept rolling over, which made for an incredibly uneven and painful 9 mile walk. Because of the foam, which is comfortable and great, the unevenness of the walk created an indent in the foam, which changed the posture of the shoe, which inevitably affected my walking posture. Unfortunately, as much as I wanted to love the shoe and keep it, I had to return it for something else.

These shoes look great, but they run 1/2 size to a full size small.

I was surprised that these shoes were so uncomfortable because I have loved the New Balance shoes I have had in the past. I didn't feel like these shoes had any support, my arches and heels hurt after wearing them around inside my house for a short time, I can't imagine how much my feet would've hurt if I wore then on a mile walk. It may be because I have high arches and the arches were not high enough in these shoes to support them, although my old New Balance shoes have a comfortable, supportive arch, even after I've been walking 2 miles a day in them every day for the past 5 years. The back of the shoe was also too high for my foot and rubbed the back of my heel.

The toe box slants down so seems shorter than other models.

Got the pink which is a true, bright bubblegum pink.
But they are TINY! I got my usual NB size - 8.5M - and just to try them on my toes were curled at the top. So small!
Lightweight, and if they were to fit (so size up!) they'd probably be great house slippers.

Love the shoes super comfortable but the memory sole has already started coming out after a week which was upsetting

I love the shoe quite a lot, the look, the feel, everything BUT I had to reorder them multiple times. I am always a size 8 in NB shoes, however, when I received these they looked WAY to small the second I took them out of the box. Thankfully there is a NB store here in town so they let me order a different size. Of course with my luck I didn't try them on before, got home and they were still the wrong size. So I had to order a complete size up from my usual size just so they would fit! So just beware that if you do order they run extremely small!

I wish they would call the colors recognizable names. This looked tan on the website but in person has a lavender tint. Not a lot of support either but I would have kept it if the color hadn't been so weird.

I stand at work all day and the shoes are comfortable but the insides are already coming apart and it hasn't been that long. Not very durable.

I really like the sneakers but they buckle a little when I walk, I have to ear thicker short socks with them. If I wear without or with thin short socks they tend to buckle at the sides, which I am not happy with but going to keep them because I am traveling and hate returning things. I also need them right now. If not I would have returned them for maybe a size smaller.

I'm usually an 8/8.5, and I ordered an 8.5 in these since I usually like a little more room in an athletic shoe. When I tried them on they were VERY snug for an 8.5. I would go at least a half size up in these.

I used this shoe for visiting 2 museums and the balls of my feet hurt midway thru the 2nd museum. From now on this is a house shoe only.

The shoes are super cute and lightweight. But I'm having to return them in exchange for a bigger size. I had even measured my foot and ordered a half size bigger. Real small.

I bought this shoe because the image looked good and they were black. It is flat and I was looking for a shoe with more cushion. I will buy New Balance again just not this shoe.

I use them for a Zumba class and I don't think they really have enough support. I like the style of them and how light they are but I would like more support.

I had to return these shoes. I ordered the size shoe I normally wear. I couldn't begin to stuff my foot in this shoe. I would go up maybe 1.5 sizes....

I have always bought NB in my Army days for running but a little disappointed in these, didn't expect them to be so flimsy . The fit is ok but when I walk the the inner sole is rubbing against my arch, will see what happens when I walk in them for a while. You get what you pay for I guess

So, size up a half-size. Also, I have narrow feet, and the standard width is pretty wide, so I can't really size up without making the width problem worse. Bummer.

The shoes were ordered for my wife a size larger than normal because they don't come in a EE wide. They were reasonably comfortable and very light, a key feature for my wife. Everything was fine until my wife took them off after wearing them awhile and found the tops of her toes hurt. Apparently, the tops of the shoes rest on and rub the tops of her toes.

I am 9 months pregnant and work as a cocktail waitress, I was hoping these would be comfortable for my feet, unfortunately they are not! I've only gained 19 pounds in my pregnancy so it's not much of a weight difference, I can only wear these shoes for about 3 hours before my feet start hurting. They're great for long days if sitting and walking are a combo but my job doesn't give me that luxury so I would not buy this product if you need them for the reason I needed them.

I was told by my trainer that I should try these shoes when I go to the gym. This is the first time wearing anything from New Balance and these shoes have no support at all. My feet were hurting more in these shoes than they were in my other shoes. I bought two pair and I'm returning one, I can't return the other one cuz I've worn them. Too bad

For me they did not work. Ran small, but the weight of them were nice. Hardly noticed they were in your hand.

I agree with the person above about the laces. I even tied a toddler knot in mine and they still came undone. My other complaint is that as lovely as that low cut look is, there is not a single no show sock in the world that will not show in these shoes. I am wearing black liners with mine. The shoes are wonderfully comfortable. I am not used to slip ons which these are, but that is me...I like the shoe, but gave lower stars because of the low cut so socks show and those awful laces.
