These shoes are aesthetically appealing and comfortable for casual walks. I am a healthcare worker and am on my feet for 12+ hours. I used them one night and never again for work. They do run small. I am a size 7 and got a 7.5, but even with that the shoes fit snug. Overall I like the shoes because they're cute, but they offer absolutely no support in the soles.

I bought the shoes online, without trying them on first. While the sole is comfy and supportive, my toes are cramped and uncomfortable. Size up.

I think these shoes are adorable but my right foot big toe area laid over the sole which made it feel narrow and uncomfortable. I have never had this problem with other shoes, no matter the brand.

I love the color and they are lightweight. They are long enough but for some reason I can't wear them long because my toes are squished. I don't think they are wide enough at the toes.

Very cute shoe. Lightweight and nice support. I wanted to love them, so even though they felt a bit short (toe felt cramped,) I kept them. I just put them on for my first outside Spring walk and they killed my toes. Ugh! I should have returned them last year. Now, I'll have to donate them and get a new pair. Bummed.

I had hoped to buy some new 990s, but didn't find them - are they discontinued? I need slip ons for wearing in house, and thought these might work. They look and feel quite cheap, and don't have the cushion and support I need. They could work well for other people, and the price isn't bad.

I have ordered these shoes three times now. The first time I ordered my normal size and when I got them they were way too small. The second time I received them the insole was glued incorrectly making one shoe very uncomfortable but at least they were my size (at a full size bigger.) I am hoping the third time is a charm because they are so cute but I'm not holding my breath.

It was extremely tight. I was not happy with it. I could barely get my foot into it. I know I have a wide foot but even loosing the shoe strings did not help nor made it comfortable. The shoe box also came so beat up which was weird because the other shoe that I ordered (which came in the same packaged) was completely in tact and did not seem to appear like it was damaged through transit. Same packaged, only 1 shoe box was completely damaged. How weird. Anyways, I sent it back. Never had any issues with NB. They are my favorite shoe brand except these particular shoes now.

I've worn NB and never had a problem with size, but these definitely ran small.. I would suggest ordering up at least a 1/2 size larger.
It would be nice if the manufacturers would state what the sneaker is best designed for in the list of "details". I was looking for good shoe for step aerobics..

Cute shoes but the sizing is so off! I was only able to exchange one time through Zappos and they still do not fit so will return. Definitely wouldn't buy these here since Zappos exchange policy is ridiculous.

This shoe was shorter and narrower than it should be. Light weight, not much support. About the same as a $25 shoe at Amazon. I wear a 7 1/2 N, and even the 8 M is pretty tight. OK for a spring, summer shoe. Not OK for any athletic use. It is a super cute shoe, however.
I'd also recommend:
Purchased New Balance before many times.

I have a wider foot around the toes then most so the room on this part of the shoe was perfect for me but the heal was too wide for me. My heel kept sliding up on the back and felt as I was going to come out of the shoe. I couldn’t tie any tighter as it would be too tight on the top of my foot.

Ordered 2 pair, one for myself, one for elderly mom. They ARE slip-ons, which is great. No need to tie/untie. And there is some “give” to the shoes. But the sizing….. I’m either a 7 or 7.5 wide depending on the shoe. 7.5 W fits perfectly. Mom is 8.5 wide and I ordered a 9 W for her. The shoes were too narrow and too short. Back they went. The shoes are cute as can be, very light and comfortable. I wouldn’t recommend them for weight bearing exercise - not enough support.

New Balance is my go-to casual shoe.

Wow this shoe is small. I need to go a size up which is why I took them back, this is a shame since this is supposed to be a Christmas gift... Zappos needs to work on its quality control, the box was all beat up as well.

I have these shoes in Navy blue in a size 9.5 (purchased about a year ago) which fit fine. So I ordered them in black in the same size, but they are too small and must go back. I am ordering another pair in a size 10 and hope they fit!

Definitely run small, I would order at least a half a size larger. They have pretty decent arch support and are super lightweight, like having nothing on your feet.
