I’ve worn new balance for years due to bunions making my foot wider than it should be :). I’ve never even had to order a wide with NB because they naturally feel wider than other brands. Even the wide was too narrow for me.

This were narrow then the usual wide sneaker. Not very well made. Not usual quality of New Bskance..

The sole did not hold up. Within months the heel sections were compressed and crumpled.

After wearing it a few times, I really notice the floppy, unstructured design of this shoe. I love New Balance shoes generally but like many products these days, they seem cheap like something you might find in Walmart. Cute, but not enough bang for your buck.

I just found these too heavy and cumbersome…not lightweight as i had hoped and purchased NB before with no issue. Too much cushioning and wide around the base just made me concerned that i didn’t have a good sense of my foot placement. Sad these didn’t work out

Had to reluctantly return. Narrow toe box. I wear a 9.5 but ordered a 10 to compensate for some reviewers saying they felt they were tight. I would agree. NO padding in the tongue and the shoelaces were cheap. For the price, they should have been better.

I am amazed that NB made such a poorly designed shoe. I've rarely, if ever, found a pair of NB I didn't love. I kept these shoes because I was avoiding in-person shopping during the pandemic, and I had ordered so many different shoes that didn't work out I was desperate. My issues with these shoes are: the width and the laces. I do not wear a wide width in any other pair of NB. Even though these are a wide width, I find them too narrow--I use them for bootcamp classes, where I am using weights and often transitioning quickly between movements. The footbed and sole are just too narrow--when doing lateral movements, my foot slides to its side, as it has run out of shoe to keep it stable. I also find the laces impossible to lace just right--they are too loose or way too tight around the top of my foot. Of course none of this was readily apparent until I had done several workouts with them. Although its barely a saving grace, they are stylish, even my 11-year old daughter thought so, yet I would never pay $75 for a pair of sneakers for casual wear.

Too small and poor quality. I realize it's one of NBs less expensive shoe but I'm really disappointed. NB used to have excellent quality in all their shoes ?

I have been wearing New Balance 8 wide for years without a problem. Unfortunately the toe box on this shoe fits me like a medium not a wide. Sadly, they will be returned.

the sneaker had almost no arch support and the fabric felt like it was plastic.Sending these back. These were a disappointment.

I'm normally a 7.5 but ordered 8.5 because New Balances tend to fit small, but this 8.5 was several sizes too small. I think I probably needed a 9.5, which is insane. Two full sizes small!

The shoe was too tight and had no arch support. I will be returning these soon.

looked cheap and not worth the cost. ordered my usual size, way too small. returned for refund and going back to sketchers

The shoes themselves are fine. They are very light weight. But they looked used and were in a plain cardboard box with no padding, missing the normal new balance tags. The insert said the original box was damaged in transit, but the "presentation" was just odd. I will be returning them for another pair. Though this is not a typical experience from Zappos... they should have never sent these shoes out. They should have been in a bargain bin somewhere else. Now I will have to return them and make a trip to the UPS store.

These shoes, right out of the box shocked me. They looked so small, I knew they were not going to fit! I am a 7.5 in tennis shoes, these were WAY to small and felt cheap, I usually wear New balance & Asics. Returned them.

Honestly, i always get 11W and never have a problem. These shoes are SO SMALL. I just can't wear them. I thought I could "break them in" but should have known better.
