I have really loved wearing the Coral Point short. If you are looking for a short that is a little longer than many ladies' shorts, but that is also stylish, this is the one for you. The fabric is also very durable and extremely comfortable. It also has good pocketsmaking it a standout even among women's active wear. The shorts also look nice enough that you could wear them in a variety of situations (for outdoors activities, going to dinner or a friend's house, going shopping, etc.). All in all, this is a great piece of clothing that I'm always excited to wear!

I wear these shorts on a dock for 8 hours straight and they are great. They are very comfortable, do not ride up, and when they get wet they dry very fast! They are great for the outdoors.

Lightweight shorts for warm weather. Good length and seems like they will dry fast if wet. Will be great for chasing toddlers this summer!

These shorts are super comfortable, and light weight. Use the measurement guide for your correct size. In jeans I wear a size smaller, but the measurement guide was spot on, and had me order a size larger than I normally would have. I ordered 3 colors, and the darker colors are perfect. I had to return the Fossil, because it was see through. I'm going to order another color to replace the Fossil, because I love them so much! I also loved that I could get a 5" inseam, because I am a shorter gal, and the 5" inseam is perfect!

LOVE these shorts. They are comfortable and fit well. Very versatile.

love the material, love the zipper in back to keep thing safe. Great to pack for travel and they dry fast. Very comfortable feel good to ware. Great colors to chose.

Shorts are true to size and light weight but still have pockets. Vibrant colors.

The Coral Point III short is comfortable and a little dressier than those with the elastic waist.

I have red, navy and white. Love the make of these shorts but the white ones were pretty transparent so I am having to send that color back.

love the bit of stretch in this short, along with the quick drying and lightweight nylon. these will be a "go-to" short for many activities. glad there's a 7" inseam!

These are exactly the type and color of red short I have been looking for...in fact Im going to buy a second pair because I know how much I will wear these..

Bought 1 pair a few weeks ago and loved them so much that I ordered 2 more. The fit is great and has some stretch so even if I gain a few pounds, they'll still fit. I bought the 7 inch inseam and they are super flattering. 2 front pockets are deep enough to hold items without fear of it falling out. There is a right back pocket that is deep enough to completely cover my iPhone 11 and it has a zipper too. I'm going to order more in some different colors soon. These are a must have, go to shorts!

Great short for an active lifestyle. I did find it ran a little small however the fabric does have some give to it.

These shorts are well made. They are more fitted than many Columbia shorts, for which I am grateful.

This style of short is my favorite from Columbia, and the color is really pretty. However, they are very see through. I will wear them for fishing as a bathing suit cover up, but I'm not sure they can be worn without a long shirt otherwise.

The fit was excellent, they will keep you cool the material they are made of is a little thin you may not want to wear them with underwear it can be seen in sunlight found that one out the hard way

I bought these shorts in navy and absolutely LOVED them. They do run a bit small so I would go 1 size up. I went to order more in different colors because I loved the fit so much. But was very disappointed with the fossil color because it was completely see through.

Good material and design of shorts. Sizing runs small. I had to go up two sizes to get to fit.

Fits good, although a little boxy-feeling, comfy and I know Columbia's quality is top notch.

Overall solid short. Breathable but also a material that feels like it would last. I can definitely move well in. Most importantly the button/zipper is sturdy, which is important for me as a curvier girl that needs to move in my shorts. Got the 5" length and it feels like a solid length, short enough to be flattering but long enough to be appropriate. Love the zipper pocket in the back! That being said, the pants are definitely fitted and slightly tight at the waist but I found it fit true-to-size, which wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing, except with these shorts it doesn't do you any favors. I got black and I wouldn't say the material feels thin/see through but it's unforgiving. I.e. there's visible underwear lines, pocket lines, and if your butt isn't perfect looking the pants aren't going to do you any favors(I've found this the case with most pants that don't have butt pockets though). Not to mention, I noticed even with the black there was slight camel toe. All in all, compared to other brands of similar use/price, this is probably going to be one of my go-to shorts just because it's functionally better, but it definitely could be improved.

I've had these shorts for years and needed a new pair. The new pair has a bit more stretch to them which I actually like. Easier to bend and crouch. However the stretchier fabric does make them wrinkly. If you don't care it's a non issue, but I need these for my job and am going to have to be intentional about reducing wrinkles before wearing them. I am 5'8, 40inch hips, 30 inch waist and ordered a size 10.

The 5 inch inseam is the perfect amount of coverage. I wanted the gray ones but the reviews said they were see-through so I went with the navy color. I'm happy with my choice. Fit perfectly in legs/booty with just a little gap in the back part of the waist.

The fit, length and style are perfect! However, columbia really needs to do something about the transparency of the lighter colors. When I say they're see thru, I mean SEE THRU. The front isn't terribly worrisome as the lining of the pockets add an extra layer. The back is another story. The only way I see being able to wear these and not look ridiculous is to wear with a swimsuit so the panty line is excusable OR with a long shirt that covers the backside. I also got these in black and they're perfect! For reference I'm 5'5, 145lbs, 36 yrs old. I got a size 8, 5 inch inseam.
