Keen was my fave in the past….large toe box and good arch support. But even tho I went up 1/2 size, these were too small. For starters, the insole was too long for the shoe, bunching at the toe. And it was thin. I removed it, put my own Protalus in, and much better. But shoe still too tight for comfort. I’m returning. :(

Shoes arrived in a generic box with no stuffing or any attempt to pretend they were new shoes. They had clearly been tried on several times as they were creased. I'm usually a 6 1/2, but order 7 for comfort when hiking downhill. These shoes felt like a 6 AA, not a 7 M. Perhaps they should be retired from circulation?

I have been a longtime fan of Keen, but these boots were a huge disappointment. The right boot had a distinct lump in the footbed near the toe & was also weirdly, asymmetrically wide in the ankle. The left boot was fine. I can only imagine it's a manufacturing defect - but that does not inspire confidence!

These were so narrow, even despite buying a half size larger. I had to return them, as they were immediately uncomfortable. I have average width feet.

Length as spot on, just too narrow for a typical Keen brand.

I couldn't get my foot into it. Maybe it was sized wrong but it was way too small and I could tell by looking at it at the toe box would be too narrow even if I could get my foot in

Disappointing at the comfort. I wore these a week and they felt good. After that they made my feet hurt. I tried a few more times with wearing the boots but it didn’t help. Poor arch support. I like the style very much and its color. It’s too bad because I really liked having a nice looking boot.

Very small fit, very narrow in the toe box. I wear an 8 1/2 normally but wanted to switch out the insole with an orthotic. Could not even get my foot in to the boot with my thinnest socks on and their insole.

Strange... I wear an 9 in hiking boots, so I ordered those. WAY too small. Returned and got a 9.5. WAY too small. Finally got smart and ordered a 10 & a 10.5. WAY too big. They're great looking, but I don't know what's up with the sizing!
