My first pair were what my daughter was throwing out! And I still wore them for 2 years so that I had better have my own new pair. - not disappointed comfy and soft on first wear !

A nice boot, wide and comfortable. The colorful decorative lace sometimes gets stuck on the other boot's lace nub, and trips me up.

The colour is great but I hope the team could review the design for this new model that runs narrower. Echoing other customers who love Keen for their width and comfy toes box.. this is simply slimmer and squeezing the side of my feet. I am wearing 7.5 Terradora bought few years ago. Bought a new pairs and need to upsize to 8.5 for the same width but with that toe room is a little too roomy. Just can't win.
It's disappointing and I am considering returning. Please bring back the old design for people with wider feet. That's one of the Keen's strong features. Thank you .

Well made lightweight hiker, just not a good fit for my foot. I ordered these because other reviews said they fit narrow feet well, but I thought these ran short and wide. Length-wise I wouldve needed to order a half size up.

I have other Keens shoes- in various styles from tennis shoes to sandals- that I have worn all over the world and walked literally miles and miles in them and they last for years. I like a cute versatile style but COMFORT is most important. I’ve had foot surgery and if your feet hurt you cant enjoy anything!
My normal size is a 7. Reviews on this shoe indicated it tends to run small so I ordered both the 7 and 7.5 to compare. The 7 fit exactly but I’m keeping the 7.5. The extra 1/2 size allows me to comfortably insert my own orthotic inserts and/ or wear thicker socks. The 7.5 is also comfortable with thinner socks. Waterproof is a huge plus! And they really are “cute” ! ;)
After my next trip hiking or to Africa, and a few months of wear, I’ll report back.

The womens Terradora runs, narrow and a half size too small. Returned for a larger size. Still waiting after 10 days for my new shoes to arrive.

nice boots, usually have no problems with Keen, but these were very narrow esp in the toe area, would be getting blisters if I used to hike...

I think Keen has just simply gone to a default narrow shoe. I settled for a pair of boots last year that were 2 sizes too big to get wide enough because I loved the boot so much. Well then I fell down a set of steps because I was not use to wearing a shoes 3 beyond my toes so I decided to choose a different boot and again they go back. I guess Im done with Keen which saddens me

I absolutely love these boots which I received as a gift from my son last Christmas. I have a narrow foot and the Terradora II provides excellent stability. I am 63 and wear these shoes to walk our 70lb dog. I need all the stability and balance possible when walking a dog that gives chase to squirrels and bunnies. In September, I noticed that the soles were very worn, considering the age and use of the shoes and I was very sad because they are quite expensive shoes. I asked my son to write in because typically Keen has a warranty. He hasn't which makes me more sad. I have photos of the wear to the soles. The Terradora II offers a wonderful fit for people with narrow feet.
Note: I purchased the non-boot version of this shoe several months ago. It also provides stability and comfort. However, the boot is my favorite!

I read the reviews that these ran small, but decided to give them a try as the size guide said I would still likely be a 10. My mistake. They are not too small in length, but squeeze the sides of my heel to the point of giving me calluses and making my toes fall asleep. When I contacted support to return these, I told her honestly these are the least comfortable shoes I have ever owned. Thicker/thinner socks couldn't help break them in. Not sure increasing size would help since the squeezing is on the sides.

If you are like me and love keens because of their generous shoe and toe box widths, you will be very disappointed in these. I was so excited to for these but they are just too narrow for me, especially in the toe box. I kept them because I don't have another pair of hiking shoes and besides the width issues, I find them to be cushy.
ALSO, Keen has changed their return policy for anyone outside of the lower 48 and are now requiring you to ship returns yourself! I don't feel they have done their homework before making this change because if they had, they would have seen that the cheapest shipping (USPS flat rate) from Alaska would be $21.50 (for a size 10 shoe)! And since Alaska already has to pay $12 to get the shoes, that would be a total of $33.50 to purchase a pair of shoes and return if needed. That is insane! These prices are for one pair of shoes. And yes, I priced all local options and spent a lot of time on the phone with customer service at USPS, UPS, and FedEx. I have written to customer service about this and they don't seem to care. Apparently the Alaska/Hawaii customers are not worth keeping to Keen. It makes sense to me that they would charge return shipping to customers who live near a Keen store since they can return in-person.
So for anyone else in my boat, Merrell makes wide options and they only charge $5 for return shipping!

Seemed like nice boots but just didn’t fit my goofy feet and seemed to run really small. I would order 1 full size up.

I usually find Keen's to be plenty wide enough for me but these were not. Also, the mesh fabric on the uppers looked likely to trap thistles and burs, so maybe not so great for hiking. The multi-color soles were awfully cute, though.

My experience with this brand was the sizes run small so I ordered one size up and they are too big. I guess that makes them true to size. I will wear thick socks and make them work for winter road walking. They lack the structured fit of a boot and feel more like a high top sneaker than a hiking boot, but that could related to having ordered a larger size than I apparently needed. They do provide adequate warmth for upstate New York.

These boots feel like a sneaker and are very comfortable but they just run really small. I would need to order a full size bigger to get the right length. They are also kind of narrow. They feel like they might be ok, but I am not taking a chance, so I'm returning them.

The olive / rose color is really just olive. The only rose color is a tiny piece of string hardly visible to the naked eye.

Extremely narrow through the toe box. I have narrow feet but as soon I put these on my feet hurt. Sending these back. Keen isn’t what it used to be.

I have several pairs of Keens with great arch support. These sadly I can’t say the same. I have really high arches and I wanted this pair to work but couldn’t feel any arch support. The laces were also weird for hiking boots. I didn’t care for those either.

These things are crazy small. I wear an 8.5 in boots. So far, neither the 9 nor the 9.5 fit. In fact, the 9.5 fits exactly the same as the 9. My toe is at the very end in both. Getting frustrated because I like them otherwise. Sending back again....

The salesperson at my local store insisted that I get the 8.5 even though I wear an 8. The insole for this is supposed to fit a woman's foot specifically. Maybe if I'd gotten the 8 the insole would have worked for me? But I think an 8 would have been too tight with winter wool socks. So I replaced the keen insole with one from Dr. Scholls with a better arch and more toe support...so far that's worked. I use these for cold weather hikes, and have already used in light snow, the grip is good and my feet stayed warm and dry. I'd like these better though if the fit wasn't a quarter size off.
