Shoes were smaller. Next time I need to size up

Overall disappointed with how quickly they fell apart. I've had them for 2 months and already they have holes in the sides and the soles are separating. I've loved vans my whole life, so I know eventually there will be some wear and tear, but I didn't expect them to die on me so quickly. Not worth the money.

Bought these in March. By June the outer sides of the toes are were fraying and ripping open on both shoes. They're too expensive for the quality.

I have worn Vans for 15 years and this is the first shoe that was of poor durability. I wore them one-three times a week and a hole developed on the right.

I bought my EXOs almost 3 months ago and only use them for work (my job is pretty sedentary). But they're starting to fall apart already! The sole on my left shoe is separating from the rest of the shoe. These shoes were the most expensive Vans I've ever bought and definitely the worst quality. They look and feel nice, but I'm so disappointed that they've fallen apart so quickly and easily and I spent so much on them.

Wore to the gym a couple of times and super painful to wear. Toes are squished. Pinky toe rubs too much. Not comfy at all!

I was excited to try these shoes since I love the OGs and have been buying them since they came out. Unfortunately, the heel design is terrible and it rubs my heel raw. I did try to break the shoe in and try socks with padding but they still didn't work. I wasted a good chunk of money on these that I can't even wear.

I used the slippers for home use three times. They cracked above the tip. very bad experience

I work in retail on my feet 8 hours a day the shoes are very comfortable but started to come unglued after using about 10x.

Shoes get dirty very quickly .

The durability is very poor and not at all what I expected from a VANS product. I wore it merely for a week and tears began developing.

I love Vans and have been wearing them since I was a teen. The design on this shoe is horrible. I wear these on and off since I have many different pairs of Vans and other sneakers and the outside toe box area tore a hole on both the left and right sides. It literally ripped a hole. On close inspection, you can see that it ripped a hole where the rubber toe box meets the fabric mesh sides. I contacted customer service and sent them the photos and receipt and they said because it just passed the six month warranty mark (by one month), they cannot do anything. You can clearly see in the photos that the shoes were barely worn and it happened on both sides. I have had no issues with any of my other Vans sneakers except this one. Very poor design and service.

After about two months of use both shoes are splitting on outside of the toe box area. I expected a little more out of shoes that costs $100.

This is my 2nd pair of ultrarange sneakers. My first pair are the liliac white color . They are different material and they have transitioned to work shoe status. No problems , love them. They're comfortable . I purchased this pair and I have worn them several times and I find a tear . Disappointed! Poor craftsmanship.

I loved these sneakers. They are cute and comfortable, but the sole separated from the upper with a week on both of them. Had to return.

Bought these shoes as a gift for a friend and first time she wore them they ripped on the side up the quality vans please

This is a tight fitting shoe. While I enjoy the sleek look, even buying in a bigger size and loosening the laces won't do justice. I purchased this shoe thinking that over time it will break in, however it is quite the opposite. A day in these shoes 8 months after purchase with multiple wears feels just as bad as the first couple of days.

Extremely uncomfortable from being too narrow and pointed. I can wear eras and old skools fine, these are way more narrow.

I'm not even going to rate these shoes but I will take them back to get a refund or switch them out.

They feel cheap. They're so poorly designed they make your heels bleed in the first 5 minutes. Gave them a second go and the loop pulled right off. 0/10

And good luck dealing with customer support for return. I have been dealing with Vans Customer Service for 1 week, every email sent I got a different response every time and no action. Having worn Vans for over 40 years you would think they would treat their customers differently, After this and the last experience (they sold me a used pair of shoes) with Vans UK I won't be back.
