I love the shoes the moment I put them on!!! They feel so cushiony it feels as if your walking on clouds. Great price and true to size. I only gave it fours stars due to the lack of ankle and arch support. I have a high arch and weak ankles so it felt like my foot would roll inward at times. I just purchased an insert and now they're perfect!

These were very light which was nice but, there was zero arch. I have Plantar Fasciitis and an arch is important. I always loved New Balances but not these. I sent them back.

Unfortunately there's not much cushion in the soles. They run small and narrow. I ordered a half size up and got wides and they're still pretty narrow. They're lightweight and a cute color though.

These shoes are made with comfortable materials but are made small. I ordered a half size larger than I normally wear in other NB styles, and it's still too short. My toes dig into the toe bed. I gave them away.

It had to be returned due to the fact that it was too tight and narrow.

This is the best shoe for me. I am a diabetic. Great shoe for walking in the food court. New Balance is the best for people who are diabetic.

I like the look of these shoes but they are very uncomfortable for me. I'm finding them difficult to put on if I'm wearing socks - even thin socks -because the instep of the shoe does not have enough "give". I even took the laces out to see if they were the problem, but it's the opening in the shoe itself. After wearing them to walk the dog for about a mile my plantar fasciitis had flared up so badly because of the lack of arch support that I was in agony by the time I got home. And there is little to no cushioning in the sole of the shoe. I'm really not happy with the shoes but unfortunately I waited too long to try them out and now I don't believe I can return them.

I work in sales. I'm not on my feet a ton, however they aren't the most comfy.

The shoe is okay but not what I would expect from New Balance. I would say go up a size from your usual shoe. The front part of the shoe could use more cushioning.

The shoes are beig or offwhite in the picture but the color I got was white which wasn't even one of the options

It's a cute shoe. I love the style. I walk a lot and there isn't enough cushion to prevent the impact from the ground on my foot.

I had to send them back because they did not fit right. Besides that, they feel cheap, like not so good quality.

The shoes are very cute but have little support for quality support.
