Very light weight and comfortable but they do run small I had to return for a bigger size. I ordered a 7 1/2 what I normally wear in any other tennis shoe but needed a size 8.

I primarily wear these for work, and my feet hurt! I wore NB in the past too without this issue. It seems that there isn't enough arch support for me. Hoping they will "break-in" a bit over time.

I usually wear a size 7 and I ordered the 7.5 in these. Too small!! Something isnt right with these sneakers. I have another version of them and the 7's fit fine. They also felt pretty hard on the bottoms. Too bad because they were really cute looking.

This is the 3rd shoe in this style I ordered. I started with an 8 which was too small, I returned and got an 8.5 and still too small so I went with a 9 which was still too small. I normally wear an 8 or 8.5 but they all felt the same size with maybe a little more room in the 9 but still too small. I really like the look of the shoe and the comfort of the bottom but the length just wasn't right.

The fit was great and comfortable. Unfortunately, the material is thin and not of good quality. I could see the edge of my toes. Also, felt like my toes would wear through the material and cause holes.

I work on the fitness floor and as a group exercise instructor they are super cute but these hurt my feet. Feels like there is no support. I'm hoping that getting some foot interest support will be better.

I have worn an 8.5 my entire adult life and this is the first time it's been too small. I thought the mesh would 'give' but my toe rubs against the end of the shoe. Should have returned immediately.

I was disappointed in these. They looked a little more modern and sleek online but in person not so cute, more for comfort. I returned them. Also, customer service is one of the worst I have encountered as far as response time. I tried calling (no one every picked up), texting (response was two weeks later) and email (also two weeks). Maybe they are that busy, but I ended up finding another brand.

It's a nice shoe but it's a pull on and that makes it a bit hard to get on. I bought a pair about a year ago that I thought was this same shoe and it ties rather than slip on. So this one I have to hold onto the back loop and pull it on. That's why I only gave it 2 stars.

The shoe fits like a dream and looks great, HOWEVER, there is zero support. I learnt this the hard way when doing a work shift which requires being on my feet the entire time. Even with special arch inserts already put into the shoe, my feet, legs and back were aching before I left work. Another customer wrote the same review and wish I followed her advice. I'm a big New Balance fan and own several pairs which are fantastic. Unfortunately I'm not able to return this pair due to being worn once - nearly in mint condition - so guess I'll be using these to look cool for a stroll around the neighborhood.

I have to say, I'm disappointed, as these shoes have no support and are not comfortable at all. Can't take for long walks on city sidewalks as hoped. Very cute & fit well otherwise, but not what I expected in quality from New Balance.
