I love the design of these shoes. Everything was so well thought out when it comes to HIIT workouts.

It is a great cross training shoe! I normally go up a half size for athletic shoes, but this shoe gives you plenty of toe space and seems to run big, so no need to size up.

Really light weight and flexible without being clumpy. Enough support but also a feeling if nothing on your feet. These are the second pair I've bought as I like them so much.

Perfect for HIIT and Combat. Very good grip and arch support.

These are extremely comfortable and very supportive. They felt slightly on the larger size the first time I put them on but fit perfectly with a thicker pair of socks. Would really recommend.

Perfect shoes for combat... I have flat and wide feet, usually wear insoles but these shoes are perfect and very conformable

These shoes are perfect for my BodyPump classes. I've never recommended a shoe as much as I do with these. Great stability and grip, size is great, and they're wide enough for my wide toes.

Super comfortable for everyday walking & excellent for Les Mills GRIT, BODYCOMBAT, BODYATTACK and BODYPUMP. The trim helps keep the trainers in place when working out so your heel doesn't slip out the back & sides of feet feel supported for all the lateral movements in BODYATTACK. Soles are cushioned to absorb the impact from GRIIT, but light enough for all the kicks in BODYCOMBAT. Decent grip when doing squats heel lifts and lunges to prevent feet from sliding when doing BODYPUMP too., combined with a great look, feel & quality.

I REALLY LIKE THE LOOK OF THESE... I WEAR THEM TO DO MY BODY COMBAT AND ATTACK.. THEY ARE AWESOME! I WOULD SAY YOU ONLY NEED TO GO UP 1/2 SIZE IF YOU USUALLY SIZE UP LIKE I DO OTHERWISE STICK WITH YOUR NORMAL SIZE.

Love these shoes!! I have plantar fasciitis and now that these come in all the colors I can be comfortable , pain free, and in style too. I feel confident when I wear these that my feet wont fatigue during bodypump or body combat and become painful. They grip me to the ground for squats and soften my landings in combat and GRIT. Love these!! Worth every penny!

I was apprehensive about replacing my old trainers, but have found these great so far! I find these fit really well width wise and are exactly the right size. I personally wear heel raiders in them but they are also great without. I would definitely recommend these!
