My son who is a PhD student at UCLA was looking for a rain jacket with no luck. Happened to see this jacket online and thought the cut and lightweight material as well as the color (go Bruins!) was a great fit. He was very happy with the item and now he's just waiting for it to rain.

Perfect to keep you dry! Never soaks through and excellent quality. Would recommend to everyone for a quality rain jacket!

Very water resistant.

LIving in the Northwest, a good rain jacket is a necessity. I love to walk in the rain and this is the ticket. I am a true large and this fits me well. The sleeves have a bit of extra length so that they can let rain drop off past your hands or can be velcroed to stay up higher. I tried on at least 6 other jackets before settling on this one including a different NF style which did not fit as well.

I use this for hiking and commuting on my bike around the city when it is rainy and windy and it works perfectly.

Great for the shoulder seasons! I can wear any of my puffy underneath depending on temperature. It is also durable!

I do a lot of day hikes and also just roaming around town. Its great for the wilderness or just chilling in town on a dreary, rainy and wet day. I am super pleased and will definitely recommend to all my friends.

This jacket is perfectly designed for my needs as a snowboarder. I don't like to stop during the day, but need to hydrate and eat. This jacket has huge external pockets to hold hydration bags (Platypus) and bars and still room for more. External chest pocket for my phone. Super lightweight and simple design. Can layer my down mid layer for cold days. Zippers are great. Material has a great feel.

My son, 18, wanted this jacket for a river trip in Montana coming up in May. He is fairly particular for his outdoor clothing and loves this jacket!
