I travel a lot, usually only carrying hand luggage which means taking a mat is too much stuff. I wanted a mat that I could use comfortably in a hotel room or if necessary outside. At home I use the Manduka Pro which I love, so I went back to them for a travel mat. I'm very happy with this mat, although thin it has fabulous grip and still just enough cushion to be comfortable even on a hard floor. It also folds nicely so fits inside my hand luggage without taking up a lot of space or adding much weight. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a light option for use for a few days while on travel.

Excellent mat for flow and restorative in my (carpeted) home and for taking on trips! Super light, grippy, and the weird new mat smell went away quickly :)

I travel all over the world with this mat folded easily into my suitcase. The mat is grippy, super light weight, and although thin, provides enough padding for me. The best travel mat in existence!

I travel every week for work and only take a carry on. I don't feel like I'm sacrificing space in my suitcase by packing this. As previous reviewers have stated, it is thin, but I purchased it for the pack-ability and it is perfect for that! Would definitely recommend for frequent travelers who are short on suitcase space.

I bought this and received it quickly in time for my last work trip. It folds in many different ways so that I could fit it in my small carry-on and take it with me. Just having it with me motivated me to do yoga EVERY DAY! I am still getting used to how very grippy it is (can't slide at all!) but it sure beats hotel carpeting! I'm so glad I have this!

I've had this mat for a year and about to buy my second. I live out of my suitcases and having this mat has been a complete game changer for me! Its lightweight, compact, and performs better than any other mat I've ever had. Highly recommend!

This mat is great! It folds up small to fit in a bag or suitcase but unfolds to a regular size mat. It is much thinner than regular mats, so if you have sensitive knees make sure to keep a blanket or even a piece of clothing near you to place under your knees. It is really grippy, which makes it so easy to practice on without slipping. If there was a standard mat with this same material I would totally get it for my home practice! I am unsure about the longevity of the mat because I just got it but only time will tell.

I have had this mat for several months and many uses and I love it! I am a teacher and spend very little time on a mat during class but I want the option of one at the front of the class to demonstrate as needed. My pro mat is awesome but unnecessary for this need. The superlite is just that, superlite with all the feel of a manduka. It is foldable! It is lightweight, it is MY mat and it is convenient! I can not wait to travel with it in my suitcase adding very little weight and taking up virtually no space. I recommend this purchase to anyone wanting to carry a mat and wanting the perfection of a quality maduka mat!

I love this thin little mat! Not only is it very handy and light to stuff in a suitcase or backpack but it's pretty to look at also! Super sticky from the get go. The odor is a little strong at first but I've only had it a couple weeks so hoping that will go away. Seems better already.

I bought this mat 4 months ago and love it. It travels well, fold and unfolds quickly, and the texture meets my intermediate yoga practice needs. My husband, a beginner, dislikes my mat because he prefers more cushion for his knees. I have no physical complications and would recommend this mat to other yogis!

I can't even say enough about this matso in love with it! I live in a small town and hot yoga, is just that, a hot room, with no humidity, so mats tend to be slippery, no matter what! I love this mat. It smells deliciously like rubber which makes me happy because I know it's made of something real and not terrible for me or the earth. Because it's so thin, it's super easy to bring anywhere and makes balancing postures so much more satisfying. As long as I wipe it down with a wet cloth before starting my practice, I don't slide even during sweaty hot classes and even without a towel. For postures like shoulder stand, I sometimes slide a blanket under my neck, but that was true for me for fluffier mats as well. This mat reminds me that I'm trying to live with less and can happily do so.

I bought this mat specifically for a weeklong yoga retreat in Costa Rica, which I just returned from. It was wonderful except for the fact I would have liked to know that you have to "break in" your mat, i.e. get the oils, etc. from your hands & feet rubbed into the mat so you are actually able to stick to the mat. Once my instructors told me this, as I'm a beginner, I was fine. Other than that I loved my mat and it packed really well for the trip.

Just enough texture to provide stability for balancing and moving around. the light weight makes it great to carry around or travel with.

Travel is a 2018 priority and this mat is going to make me feel at home wherever I rOaM. I have tried it and I think it is going to be great for my Away practices. It folds up very nicely and if I need a thicker mat, I will borrow a studio mat and place mine atop of theirs. Attachment isn't very yogic, but I don't like to be without my own mat.

Very great mat! Nice and sticky, very lightweight and portable. I bought to bring on flights when I travel and it fits perfectly in my suitcase or carry one because of it being foldable, and doesn't add any extra weight, love it!
