The fit was good, but I am very disappointed in the quality. I own a pair of Chacos and the sole on these feel really cheap. And stiff. I will definitely be returning and trying something different.

I have wasted money on these slides. The part that goes across the instep is so scratchy and rubs across my foot, that I can only wear for a brief period.

Fit fine, and felt great at first, but when I walked in them outdoors (not far!) slides rubbed like crazy and gave me blisters that bled. Ouch. I would return if I could. Really disappointed.

As others have mentioned, the mediums are so wide that the adjustment strap doesn't provide enough tightness. My feet slid back and forth to a point where my pinky toes rubbed against the "plastic" side and developed blisters which popped and bled. All within less than a day's worth of wear. I still have scabs on my little toes that will take a while to heal. Very disappointed by this pair as I love the other sandals.

I should’ve listened to all the other reviews but they were just so cute I had to find out for myself. They are not adjustable and the tops can rub your feet wrong. I wanted to love them but they fell short of my expectations.

I was so disappointed with these. There are some details that are not clear form the photos. The sole bed is not cushiony at all, just hard. And the buckle is in a really uncomfortable place on the top of the foot. I really gave these a try for a couple months because I wanted them to work, but I just hate them. I used to love Chaco, but I think I am done with them now.

I bought these to wear on vacation. I wore them in the house and they were comfortable so I brought them on vacation. I wore them 1 night and I had blisters on the tops of my feet.
I like the arch support that is the only positive I have about these shoes.
They are overpriced. Spend your money on another pair of sandals.

Ordered beige tie dye, size 9, medium (b) width. My shoe size is 9EE. These shoes were more than wide enough. They are not a B width, more like EE, but the so called adjustable straps only have about 1.5 inches at the ankle strap to tighten, not over the top of foot where it would be most helpful. The other reviews were 100 % accurate that these sandals are wider than advertised and not able to be adjusted or tightened. The footbed has outstanding arch support and is super comfortable. With a better designed upper strap these pretty and comfy sandals would get five stars. Unfortunately due to design flaws they only get one star from me. I'll still keep them for around the house.

The strap needed to be tightened by about an inch, but incredibly, there was only about a quarter inch of slack available for tightening. Too bad. Otherwise these might have been just what I was looking for. I really don't understand why these were constructed with such limited adjustability. They do not stay on my feet so I am returning these.

I thought these would be the elusive compromise of comfortable for walking yet not-too-ugly-to-leave-the-house. They turned out to be really uncomfortable. As other customers said, the straps don't really adjust well enough. That is, you can adjust them somewhat but then straps slip back and are too loose again. And I got a blister, as others did, where the strap and sole meet.

I have bought Chaco sandals for several years now (and several styles) so when I saw these adorable slip ons I was stoked. Unfortunately this is a terrible design - as others have said, you can only tighten them so much. I chalked that up to something I’d get used to until my last attempt to tighten made the main piece holding the strip rip apart. I’m beyond disappointed especially given the cost of these sandals. I’m hoping to work with Zappos to see what options I have but who knows. Save yourself the heartache... buy something else ?

These were so disappointing. I couldn't tell from the picture online that the sole was more of an off white color and I just didn't care for it. I would have kept them had they been a true white. They seemed comfortable.
