Been using these shorts for running and I've really liked them.

I absolutely love these. Use them for hiking, running, Weightlifting, and lounging. The liner is not bothersome like most lined shorts IMO. I'm 44, 6'4", 230lbs and these look appropriate on me. Show the perfect amount of leg! They don't embarrass my high school senior and my wife loves the way they look. I consider myself frugal and like these so much I own the gray and navy colors.

Running shorts

These are my perfect trail running shorts. Put in a 66 mile week with them. Ran another 28 on trail yesterday, swam in a lake at 14, ran the next 14 back. They are weightless, frictionless, perfect length, no chafing on waist or liner, and they wicked and dried after the swim just perfectly. I'm stocking up.

Love these shorts for running. The length is perfect. The liner is super comfortable, and they don't need to be washed very often.

My ideal running short

BEst shorts I won and trust me I have a tried a lot of shorts from nike to lululemon. This is the most honest review I can give, I run in these shorts and lift weights everyday. I'll even wear them just hanging out. I purchased over 5 pair now and wish they would restock and come out with other colors.

I started wearing these bad boys for training hikes in July - Hot and Humid = Sweatfest. The merino liner really kept things comfortable next to the skin while the loose shorts allowed for freedom of movement. The little back pocket secures the keys without interfering with the bottom of a day pack. Others mentioned the merino liner doesn't last, all I can say is, crotch sweat is toxic. Let's see what happens here.

These shorts are most comfortable biking short distances and running all day.

These shorts work great for running, swimming, lounging, tanning, the list goes on and on! The length is perfect for me. They are just a bit longer the Larry Bird's classic days on the court. I have no problem wearing these all day long. My iPhone X fits in the back pocket with a little work. I wish the pocket was just a tad bigger.

Love these shorts. Comfortable fit with just enough "support" if you know what I mean. I was a little nervous running in a new brand/style of shorts but I was not disappointed. Great runs are coming this summer in these shorts.

I love how lightweight these feel when I wear them on a run. They're great at not retaining moisture. The pocket on the side is convenient but I'd prefer if it was little bit bigger

I could run in these all day and not feel gross. Super clean look that keeps you fresh.

I love my running shorts. They have a nice inner liner to keep everything together while I'm on the trails, and are a nice size that doesn't feel bulky on my run. I don't overheat as much in these as I do in other running shorts

Just bought two more after I fell in love with the first pair. I love everything about these shorts the liner is comfortable it's never pinched or restricted me in any way the shorts fit suits me perfectly I have a pretty big rear end and muscular thighs these shorts aren't too tight nor too baggie. I have tried on and owned other lined shorts like the Saxx Kinetic which were way too tight around the thigh, and the Patagonia Nine Trails which again too tight in the thigh and weird fit in the crotch. These shorts find a happy medium for me so if you've had similar issues with fit like me these are a great short. However two things I've noticed in my experience is that the zippered pouch on the back isn't exactly "no bounce" which I'm not even sure if they advertise it as that but it's also fairly small I can fit my IPhone 5se but I wouldn't think a 6 or larger could fit. Also not super anti odor but I'm a smelly man and also wear them 3-4 times without washing so I don't subtract stars for that. Can't go wrong with these shorts!

I wear these shorts for running and they are the best running shorts I have ever owned. I love my first pair so much I bought two more pair.

Use these for running, walking and other general exercises. The length is just right, exterior material is breathable, and the merino lined built in undies feel great against the skin and breath very well. My problem is with how snug the inner liner is on me which of course is a personal preference. My other problem with the short is that there are no pockets that can fit my average sized smart phone. While there is a very small zipped pocket in the back of the shorts it is way too small to fit anything larger that a GU energy packet or flat card.

Overall a great running short. I like the materials, very comfortable, good length and width in the legs. The reason I didn't go 5 stars; the waist band is a little loose feeling. I am a 32 waist and got the medium. The elastic seems like it's worn out, right out of the box. I really have to pull and tighten on the strings.

I was excited to try these based on good the reviews. I've always loved the socks. The shorts themselves are fine. Good pocket size and easily fits my phone and other items (only thing that gives them 2 stars). The liner has been deteriorating from day one. Now its just giant holes right where there shouldnt be, so I need to cut the liner out and get a baseliner for them. There has also been an uncomfortable seam that rubs my lower back on runs longer than 1 hr where other brands don't have this issue. I would continue to recommend the socks, but not these shorts.
