These hiking boots were great. Very comfortable, no blisters, great toe room, ankle support and excellent support for plantar fasciitis!

I bought the KAHA for a light weight hiking boot, it works perfectly. The boot takes no break-in and is extremely comfortable. For me it is a little light weight for heavy back packing, but perfect for what I bought it for. If you are looking for a very light weight hiking boot for more of a trail hiker, this boot is awesome!

THE most comfortable hiking boot...."out of the box" I have ever had on! Major issues with my back and knees go unnoticed when wearing these boots!! Can't wait to try a pair of sneakers.

Just like all the other Hoka shoes I have purchased, these are extremely comfortable. I walk 3.5 to 4 miles a day at lunch, and have plantar fasciitis and a bone spur in one of my heels, and there is zero pain with these shoes. I would recommend them to anyone who suffers from foot pain. They have truly changed my life.

I was looking for a well cushioned heel and good ankle support. I thought that if these were as good as the low top Hokas I already have then they'd be perfect. And they are.

Bought this boot for hiking. I have bad ankles and without support I easily topple over on uneven trails. This boot is amazing. It gave me the support I needed while being comfortable and not too heavy. Hiked the Maryland Heights trail with these boots. No problems going up or coming down. Very happy with this purchase and I look forward to more hiking with this boot.

I've already bought it ten times and I'm recommending it again~ I gave it to a friend at work last weekend and went hiking together. The feet are very comfortable even when worn for a long time.

great light hiking boots, if you are a serious mountaineer, probably not stiff enough for side hills.
I'd also recommend:

Best wearing shoes I have ever had. Wish they came with steel toes so I could wear them to work. No complaints yet.

I hike mostly in Montana's Mission Range, Swan Range and the Bob. My next hike will be to Piegan Pass in Glacier. These boots provide a balance of comfort and support I never expected in a hiking boot; plus they are light! I like having lacing options to best match the route. These are such great boots I'm thinking of buying the low cut version for everyday use.

Love these shoes, have made all the difference in world to me in regards to comfort, they do run a little small, I buy a half size larger than what I purchase in other shoes. I have plantar fascitis, it was a life changer!! I could walk and not feel severe pain even after rough terrain and long days.

Out of the box, on my feet, and to a 10 mile hike on very rugged and hilly terrain all while suffering from plantar fasciitis…. could not believe how good my feet felt afterwards! These hikers are amazing!

After at least 500 miles on my older Hoka Tor High boots, I tried the newer Kahas. The Kahas are actually a little more burly. Very nice fit, all black goes with my uniform and that classic Hoka cushion and comfort to log long miles. The only negative is if you want to wear gaiters. Because there is no pronounce heel, there is no groove for the gaiter strap to lay across under the boot. Other than that, there's not much out there that can compare as far as comfort.

The boot I bought are by far the most comfortable and does well with my foot problems. My only concern at this point is the quality. Part of the toe guard rubber is beginning to separate from the leather .
