Boot is way to narrow. Almost impossible to put on. Extremely uncomfortable. They need to make some wides and extra wides. They miss a lot of sales bit only serving the tiny feet market

Have Mach 4 running shoes. Tried Kaha and Kaha 2 boots but they both caused discomfort on my heels and the cushion was no where close to the running shoes.

I had worn these boots for about three months almost every day and the souls already are falling apart.

I'm NOT happy with my purchase of the Kaha. I have purchased multiple shoes from Hoka and multiple Kaha's. This particular color faded literally the first day. Hopefully Hoka will help me out on this one.

I love Hoka's- owned literally 20+ pairs. These boots WERE awesome hiking UNTIL it rained. Used them on the Appalachian trail a few times dry- maybe quick stream crossing - no issues. Sectioned hiked this weekend, light rain for a few hours dry, then a couple hours heavy rain- no stream crossing and boots unbelievably water soaked - so disappointed I recommend this to everyone I know. Now I can't, I see why some hike without water proof gortex- didn't do any good.

I’ve been hiking since I climbed Mt Fuji in Japan in 1957 at 9 years old. Hard to imaging that the Kaha fits any human foot. It’s a poorly designed and most important it’s too flimsy for serious hiking.

Wore these new, seemed comfortable at first. I've worn dozens of hiking and duty boots over the years and NONE have caused the horrible and extensive blistering that these did on my heels and toes. I had to switch back to my New Balance hiking boots after a couple weeks of allowing my feet to heal. I'm extremely dissatisfied with these Hoka shoes, especially considering the high purchase price.

I have been in major pain for almost 2 weeks after wearing your shoes for 1 week, not sure why, I bought them because I work 16 hr days owning my own business, they did not agree with me and my heels and arche have felt like I have knives stabbing me when I walk. I'm sure you have a great product they just didn't work for me.

Boots fit great and seemed nice, but the online image did not match the actual item. Returned. I work in fashion and assume this was either a problem with the sourcing team approving something without looking at the standard, or the e-commerce photography getting washed out and not showing detail. Either way, y'all messed up. Dune color option has darker embossed areas than image shows. It's more sand and brown. It is not monochromatic. Search for this color and look at other websites. They show you the actual color. Too bad, I really liked what the picture looked like.

I got an email telling me you had it in stock. I ordered it. It would not go into the basket. Then I received another message a few days later telling me it was in stock. I ordered it again. Later the charge was reversed because it was not really in stock. Now it says May on your website. You need UI work on your online ordering.

The first day using on a 1h walk on a gravel road was a terrible experience. It hurts my right heel badly. I love the design but cannot use it for even a long-distance run.

Even though I am a woman, I ordered the men's kaha gore tex because I liked the beige color. I fillowed the size chart for the X OC in order to get the right size. However when they got to me they were too big in the toe area. When I returned them with the shipping label provided by hoka, my package got lost. My issue here is the customer service. The only way to contact someone is through text: service representatives who offer no solution, they just follow a script. Since my situation is not ordinary I was hoping to get better support. I absolutely love my hoka shoes and wanted to add a hiking boot that I could also use on a more daily basis. Please, HOKA, provide a more human customer service. I dont need a representative to track my package, I could do that myself. I need someone who could offer solutions, or at least listen to my situation.

Not a comfortable sole. Feels like walking on concrete. I have Hoka shoes which are like walking on clouds and great for plantar fasciitis but these boots are very bad. I returned Them.

The Boot fell apart in less than 30 days, I called customer service, and I was told I would be mailed a new pair of boots right away. I called back 2 weeks later after no activity and was told a different story. They then told me I had to first return the boots and then be sent a new pair. So, let's just let me wait around 5 weeks to replace a pair of boots. The customer service representative was not responsive and old me my original rep gave me misinformation but would not make the correction after an hour or so on the phone. No way to do business! I will not buy from HOKA again.

I purchased these thinking they would have a plush cushion as the description says "plush" under the cushion section. That needs to be changed as there is basically no cushion and they feel like the Keens I stopped using. I have both the Stinson and new TENNINE and both are outstanding with cushion and stability. The Tennine is the best and my go to shoe for my 2 mile hikes every day. This Kaha is disappointing and just like any other hiking boot, not like a Hoka. Please redesign with cushion like the Tennine.

So at first I really liked my boots because they were very comfortable right out of the box. However after about my 10th hike, all of which were 5 miles or less, the tread started to peel. There are 2 layers on the tread and the outer layer was peeling off causing me to catch on rocks, sticks, etc. I reached out to the company about the manufacturers warranty and sent them back for review along with a note, the return slip, and my original reciept. After waiting several weeks and emailing I heard nothing. Then I got a hold of customer service through the chat and they are telling me I need to provide them proof of delivery in order for them to locate my shoes. Unfortunately I sent the item back via usps so I don't have proof of delivery. The Hoka customer service would not even attempt to locate my return without proof of delivery. Needless to say now I have no boots and am extremely disappointed in this company. I have attempted to find them through the usps but unfortunately they can't track packages going that far back given the volume of mail. Don't buy these boots unless you are looking to get ripped off! This company is garbage.

Tread tears away from foot bed at the leading edge of the heel area after only a few miles of hiking. This is VERY common problem with HOKA hiking boots in general. The issue is with the segmented tread design. When is HOKA going to provide a continuous tread design for their hikers? I just bought my second pair of KAHA GTX from REI this Spring and will have to return them as well. Great boot concept but terrible tread design.

This is the first hoka shoe I didn't like. It didn't fit true to size. It had flimsy support. Overpriced for what you get.

I love my Hoka running shoes, so I thought I'd try the hiking boots. I could not find a comfortable size after 3 tries. Returns policy is excellent however.
