Trail Tested! I spent a week hiking the Sawtooth mountains. Lot's of rock, water crossings and no issues at all. I had put 20 miles on them prior for any break in needs. I'm pretty happy with them. I use Hoka as an athletic shoe as well and wear orthotics for flat feet.

These hikers are amazing. So light, so cushioned, and comfortable all around. They breath very well and are 2 lbs lighter than my previous boots. I work for UPS and these are my Fall and Spring boot.

I am an avid hiker in the Blue Ridge Mountains in Western North Carolina and the new hi-tech Kaha GoreTex hiking books are 1000% comfortable, waterproof, and have the best slip resistant (especially on wet rock terrain) VIBRAM sole on the market today. All in All these hiking boots are now my first choice to wear out of several other pairs of low and ankle high hiking shoes and boots!

These boots are very comfortable. I haven't tested them in very rough conditions yet, but I love the feel when using them for everyday wear or light hikes so far.

Way better than the boots the Marines issued me. I got a black pair. I will probably buy a tan pair too. Comfortable and a real boot.

This is the most comfortable hiking boot I have ever worn. Just purchased recently, so how well it holds up remains to be seen. Based on the quality I think it will do well - it is very comfortable for a hiking boot.

These are great for several reasons. One of them is that although they are taller than sneakers they are not hard to put on. My feet slip right into them when I wear them. Holding the loop behind the shoe helps with this so remember to use that when getting into these. They are also waterproofed with Gortex which helps explain the high price. Another good thing is that they are fairly light for this semi-boot design. Vibram designed the sole pattern so they more than likely will have good grip on most outside terrain. Plus the thickness of the sole is very good at absorbing any kind of road shock. Did I mention that I like the way they help protect ankles too? The only slightly less desirable trait is that they use a few too many lace holes which can be a pain when re-lacing. But like I said they are still pretty easy to put on.

Got these for my husband. He actually works construction and most work boots kill his feet. So thankful these have helped ease up on his foot pain!

I am a nurse in Emergency Department and wore them out of the box to work. Exceptional comfort and no sore feet after a 12 hour shift. Then I went hiking and rock climbing and was amazed that I didn't have sore feet. Water proof dry feet after crossing several creeks. Would recommend to everyone!

I have Charcot arthropathy and can only wear Hoka shoes/boots. If I didn't have Hoka, I wouldn't be able to walk. I own tennis shoes, boots, flip flops and am waiting anxiously for dress shoes to come out. Thank you Hoka for giving me the privilege of walking.

Great boots on feet, they feel like a supported sneaker. I went a half size down compared to the size I run in the Rincons and there is plenty of forefoot space without feeling clunky.

Fits well. Very comfortable for hiking and just every day wear. I walk a lot with my wife and dogs and have noticed they are my most comfortable boot.

I bought these after I purchased a pair of trail running shoes that I really liked. These hiking boots are just as comfortable. I wore them for many days hiking through the Teton's. They were stable and easy on the feet. Absolutely the best trail boot I've ever worn.

I bought these to use as work boots at work. I got the black ones. They are super comfortable. They have great cushion and support. I also have plantar fasciitis so I need the support. I normally add Sole insoles to my work boots but didn't have to with these. It's only been a couple of weeks so I can't comment on their durability but I love how comfortable they are. This is my first Hoka purchase and I will be looking at their running shoes in the future.
