This is an awesome shoe. My third pair and I love it. Wear it on pavement and light trail running. Great in rain and cold.

These are very comfortable, perfect fitting shoes. I had some concerns after reading past reviews, but I've had no problems. The fit reminds me a little of MBTs. I put them on and don't want to take them off. I would describe them as a lighter to middle weight trail running shoe. And, I like that they stay tied once I tie them.

I bought this shoe to use primarily when I am playing Disc Golf, and the shoe not only fits great and feels good on my feet, but it is very functional in the fact that it is water proof and therefore keeps my feet dry when walking through wet grass or across small water crossings or whatever the case may be.

These are super comfortable. Love them so far. I suppose time will tell how long they last. I'm a courier, and average 8-10 miles a day. So tread life, support, and comfort, are most important. If they last longer than 6-9 months, I'll be a repeat customer.

First pair of Hokas, they feel amazing

I use these shoes every morning to take my dog on her morning walk on a dirt and grassy trail -- so far they have performed well.

Light weight and great support!

Can't wait for spring and summer hikes in my ATR 5's. They are very good for folks with arthritis in the toes particularly.

I live close to the beach and got into a bad habit of using sandals for every day footwear. Wasn't doing my back any favors so, a buddy recommended these. Great so far!

Really helps with my foot problems. I have a bone spur on my right heel and the extra cushioning in the sole really helps.

These days, I walk in a park with wet grass and dirt roads. I arrive home with dirty shoes, but dry feet.

Jogging Walking Running

Designed for optimum look and comfort. It is superior in quality compared to other brands. Although they are not inexpensive, they worth every penny.

I switched to these because altra shoes cushion only lasts 3-ish months. I'm hoping these hokas last longer.

Light, comfortable, roomy toe box, perfect fit in size 13, all black color so I can use for play or work. I use as my primary show for hiking, biking and work.

I have not run for over 30 years and now find myself trying to begin again. I spend a lot of time in Costa Rica and have had a difficult time on roads that are nothing more than storm and dirt up and down mountains.The shoe provides the stability and support for walking, jogging or running. My only recommendation is not to leave in direct sunlight to dry the shoe as it seems to shrink overtime time

This are very contable my husband said this keep his feet worm and no water gets on them we used them when it was raining, and also when the temperature was below 30 degrees it's help his feet word said I should have gotten them sooner! Thanks again for your HOKA shoes they are great we always come back and buy them he has 5 pair and I have 4!

I bought two pairs of the Hoka ATR 5; one Gore-Tx one not and I wear them, I use and abuse them, on roads, trails, and hills, in the dirt, mud, rain, sand, shrubs, pavement or gravel. Best shoe I've had in thousands of miles. I'm impressed with the comfort, protection, breathability. My only issue is I'll collect a rock or two in the tread once in a while.

Have worn this many times and love it.

The support is perfect around the foot along with stability for the ankle.
