I have never bought a worst hiking shoe. The lacing is a big joke, its the most frustrating lacing system and it takes me 5 minutes to get them laced.the tongue is not wide enough so it tends to ride above the sides. The heels have not rise so you land on your heels with every step. The only nice thing is they are wide size.

Should use a different lace grommet on the top of the shoe. It would make it easier to lace the boot... I've had them for a while and only worn them twice. Thought about donating them as I probably won't wear them again

It didn't fit and so I returned it and I am still waiting for me money back !

Shoes made my feet hurt from day one. Had hoka bondi shoes previously and they were awesome. These shoes do not have the same comfortable feel.

I don't love the appearance of the shoe. They are way more narrow than any wide shoe that I have ever bought. I have regular shoes that are wider. They have very little, if any stretch. I would have sent them back or have traded for another pair of M TOR SUMMIT MID WO (size 13) but I do not have the original box. My M TOR was a better shoe. This will probably be my last pair of HOKAs.I guess I will try to wear them.

Such a comfortable boot. They remind me of my Bondi 6 shoes which I'm on my second pair. The laces on these shoes totally suck. The bottoms have fallen apart multiple times, luckily a little Gorilla glue fixes the problem. I wear these for work as a EMS helicopter pilot (boots are required) and with 12hr plus shifts... these help my feet immensely. I looked into the warranty for these and it seems a little bit skewed. You have to send them in for evaluation, but they don't offer solutions on what to wear in the mean time. I wish I could afford a second pair, but it's not possible.

Shoe looks good but not comfortable. Have pair of low shoes exactly like these high tops and they are great. High tops are hard to lace and feel tight.

By far the most comfortable pair of boots I've worn. However, when lacing them up for work; the lace ripped straight through one of the eyelets. I've had them for two and one half weeks.

I've purchased 7+ pair of Hoka's over the last few years in size 13.... This pair was so off in size I couldn't get them on wearing summer socks. Additionally the lacing hooks are ridiculously designed and undersized making them more than difficult to lace up. 1 star is about the value of this unusually inferior Hoka design.

I have never seen a worst lacing system in any boot. You can not tighten the laces without pulling each eye lace. The metal eyes are the most iritating because you get the lace in one eye then it fall out while you try to get the other lace in. It's like a child developed the lace system. The flat laces don't slide though the eyes either.

1st Hoka product i ever putchased that i returned. Part of the upper was stabbing me in the ankle. Tried different socks, alternate shoe laces - ended up with a painful red welt. Most surprisingly, no one contacted me regarding the return and then i got an email asking how i was enjoying my purchase.

I sent them back. They were much too uncomfortable

unable to wear does not fit. Returned and 2 weeks later still waiting for refund.

I wear the low-cut challengers for years now and was deeply disappointed when these were so narrow from the midfoot to the toe

Expensive buy not dependable and durable. I bought these them Jan. 27, 2021 and today is Feb12, 2021. Literally aboht 2 weeks only- believe it or not the outer soles are peeling off in piece. I wasted my money here. I work as a USPS mail carrier. They are very comfortable for walking and very light. I like them. But the material of the outer soles are cheap. Don't buy these. If only i can refund my money. So sad.

I have the low cut Challenger hiking shoes in wide and they fit perfectly. What went wrong with these mid-cut?

I was so excited to discover Hoka made a GTX hiking sneaker, as my Bondi 5s are probably my favorite sneaks of all time. But the execution here is problematic. Main issue is that these are not really wides, not like the Bondis. As several others have reported, the toe box is far to narrow. The other issue is the quick lace eyelets -- they are terrible. It's absolutely impossible to execute a heel lock lace b/c the laces just don't stay in the eyelets. If Hoka could fix these two issues, I would absolutely buy these again.

Just didn't feel right. Not comfortable.

I wanted to love these boots, but when I first attempted to put them on they were no where near a wide width. Maybe a D width if that. Don't be fooled by Hoke One One's claim that this is a wide shoe. If you normally where an E or 2E shoe, these will not fit. On the positive side, they paid for the return shipping.

This shoe was to short and to narrow and didn't seem to have as soft a sole compared to the regular Nokias. Returned them.

I have other Hokas that I love so ordered these. My arch is VERY high...Even though the shoes run true to size, I couldn't even get this model on my foot. The tongue is attached so high, there was no way. Too bad.
