I have flat feet period and these shoes are amazing. Give me the support I need.

I have been seeking the perfect shoes for decades. My feet are picky and lots of shoes are pretty good more are ok and many just don't work well at all. These shoes are magnificent. They fit as if they are cstom made to my size, foot types and situation. I have already bought 2 more pair and will be getting more. :Please stay in business HOKA and keep makin gshoes such as these.

I tried the Arahi 4 and Hoka for the first time, have been running on another brand, same number of their stability shoe for years. I weigh around 190, and have been feeling like I want more cushion and hope to get more miles out of the shoe than I have been. Only have 3 runs on the Arahi now, and they are definitely more plush and cushioned than I am used to, without any knee or hip pains so I know I am getting the stability and support I need. Time will tell on how they hold up, but happy so far.

I've exclusively worn Saucony over the last 10+ years, and I finally decided to step out of my comfort zone with the Arahi 4. It felt exactly how running shoes should feel - Smooth and like an extension of my body. The newness of the shoe wore off instantly and I felt like I was running in an old faithful shoe by the end of the run. Nothing solid in the center like the hard plastic so each step was extremely smooth. I'm a convert to Hoka!

Walking

I have a stress fracture between my 2nd and 3rd toes and after wearing a walking boot for 3 weeks thought the fracture had healed. The pain returned after a couple of weeks and I've lived with the uncomfortable pain until I started wearing my Hoka's. The padding in these shoes Is so incredible and has made the pain go completely away and I look forward to putting them on first thing in the morning. I will never wear another brand of workout shoe.

I use these shoes for walking.

Recommended shoes from my sister who is a marathoner. Got a pair of Hokas wide shoe. Great fit and light. I usually get 10s for extra width but the toe is usually too long. But 9.5 wide was great. Very comfortable. I like how the round sole helps keep my stride smooth and rolling forward. Only downside is the color combinations on the shoes arent great but thats taste. Overall looking forward to logging some miles.

I'm a healthcare worker and I'm on my feet all night!! These shoes have really helped my hip pain and knee pain I was having.

I have an old pair of Hoka One and they fit great and wore well. This has been a great purchase. Comfortable and nice stability.

Super supportive and comfortable. I work in a busy ER and they help me stay comfortable all shift long.

These shoes are the bomb! I am a taller, heavier 51 year old guy with a herniated L5 disk, ankle pain, plantar pain, shin pain, hip pain and sciatic pain after fitness walking. I plow through the pain because I need the exercise. Gyms are still closed due to covid where we live. My pain was minimal after a 45 minute hilly walk this evening in these shoes. I've always worn Brooks or New Balance from Road Runner Sports. I tried these Hokas based upon info from a chiropractor website that explained which type of shoes are better for low back, hip and leg pain due to sciatic problems. These shoes are absolutely amazing and wonderful! No shin pain, no knee pain, no hip pain and only mild sciatic pain in my rear end after my walk. Amazing! I have not been this pain free after walking or gym exercising in years! I cannot believe these shoes made such a difference. They are wonderful shoes! Don't stop making them and don't change them like Brooks and New Balance constantly do to their shoes. They are constantly making their shoes less comfortable or less cushioned. I see huge difference in these Hoka's and my Brooks Dyads and Brooks Ghosts that are not as cushioned or supportive in the right places. I love these shoes!

I have flat feet and require a cushion/support shoe for running. This is the best running shoe I've tried in years

It's the only sneaker I will buy! Extremely comfortable.

Cured my plantar fasciitis

My big toe joint on my left foot is fused, I have flat feet and plantar fasciitis so finding the right shoe has been challenging. I've tried every recommended New Balance and Brooks shoe and none work well for me. I decided to buy these on a whim one day and haven't regretted it since. These shoes are a game/life changer for me. I can run/jog for the first time in my life with little to no pain. I will no longer wear anything else!

This was a really good shoe for me. I deal with heel pain, and general foot pain, but when I use these to hike / walk / jog in, I can go further. Thank you for making a great shoe!

I had an earlier version of this show and really liked it so I purchased another pair. I use it mostly for work where I am standing and walking.

I'm a fairly novice runner, logging around 8-10 miles per week. I have flat feet so was in the market for something stabilizing and wide. These fit my feet perfectly and have been incredibly comfortable out on the road. I also managed to shave 15 seconds per mile off my time the first morning out with them. I didn't realize how much my old shoes were negatively affecting my performance. I'm so glad I bought these Hokas - couldn't have asked for a better shoe!
