These shoes are so highly rated that I had to give them a shot, but unfortunately I have Morton's Neuroma and these did not bode well with me. I also found that they run large and even exchanged for a half size down to see if that'd make a difference and it didn't. My feet were in pain and numb after about the 2nd mile of hiking - which I suspected they would be as soon as I put them on at home (I could tell when the ball of my foot went numb just after wearing them at home for a few minutes!). They're also kinda clunky, to be honest. I did like the color of the blue ones but the pink/maroon ones looked different in the pictures than in person. I'm disappointed since I really wanted these to work! But have to keep looking.

These are beautiful hiking boots. However, when I tried them on the hit the joint of my big toe and cause pain. I am gratefulk for the money back guarantee.

I'm on my feet all day at work and found the cushion wasn't as good as my other Hoka pair. I also found the seams on the inside where the top attaches to the shoe rubbed my ankles so I can't lace the shoe up all the way or very snug.

While I love my Clifton 7s, I was hoping for a similar fit and feel and the boots were not similar. Bummed. A high quality boot but not for me.

A podiatrist friend recommended these shoes for foot pain but they am did not work for me. The 7 that I tried on in the store was too big so I order a 6.5 and it was too small. Also made my arch turn inward that did not feel natural for my foot. That are going back!

First of all, the positive: these are light, comfortable, and breathable. The bad: this is the most I've ever paid for a pair of hiking boots, and after my first short hike I started to see splitting between the mesh layer and the shiny layer near the sole. This has progressed over the last few hikes and has split all along the inner right boot. Water has started seeping in through this at even low stream crossings. I've never had a pair of boots (Danners, Merrells, Oboz, etc.) perform this badly and start to break down immediately. I've had these for about 3.5 months now of infrequent use (6 weeks of this I was out of commission with a broken toe) and I feel like I'm close to having to trash them.
