I am getting older and my feet have many issues. I work on a concrete floor for long hours. My feet don't hurt with this shoe.

I have to stand for several hours during my work shifts and the support and comfort these shoes offer is impeccable.I plan to but more pairs for everyday use. Highly recommend these to anyone that has to be on their feet for long periods of time.

As a nurse, being on your feet 12+hrs sucks, but these bad boys make it totally doable though. They're so lightweight, so comfortable & so supportive. I have a fallen arch (but also high arches?) & I tend to roll my feet inward when I walk; these are perfect for me & help me get through a long shift.

They are super cute and comfortable. I normally wear 7.5 in shoes and I ordered the 7.5 normal and my toes felt a little tight. I did an exchange and got a 7.5 wide and love them. I have never needed wide shoes for my feet, so this was different. If you’re looking to purchase these and have never needed to purchase wide shoes, I’d recommend trying these in wide.

This is my second pair of Hoka Arabia. First pair is two years old and worn out! I did end up a half size smaller in the new pair, but that’s more true to size than my original pair.

My second pair of Hoka One Arahi, loved the first pair which lasted 3 years with pretty heavy use. Happy I was able to find another pair that fit just like the first pair.

I have arthritis in my knee and constant pain. After just one wearing (walking my dog for 3 miles) my pain decreased substantially

After jumping back and forth between the Hoka Arahi 2 and Clifton 5 series, I’ve found that I’m happier in the Arahi’s. I have flat feet, metatarsalgia and fit more comfortably in a wide shoe. Hoka (size 8 wide) are perfect for me. The only thing I wish Hoka would change is the god awful color options! Why can’t they branch out with better color ways like Brooks and their creative styles? I have a pair of Ghosts (size 9 reg) that I love, but they’re not cushy enough - long term as my Hokas.

I'm leaving this comment in hopes that someone on the innovation/product development team will see it and can create a solution! I am a fairly serious runner, I ran cross country and track in college and have ran sub-16 in the 5k as well as several half marathons. I have had my fair share of injuries and even stress fractures, so I have come to be very in-tune with my body. I am giving this context so that you know I have fairly good knowledge about running shoes and injuries.
Anyways, I have ran in these shoes for about 9 months, and absolutely fell in love with them. At least at first. I loved the wide foot bed and how supported I felt during my run. However, I recently ordered a new pair, and after about a week of running in them, I began having severe calf pain. Now - I have ran 10,000 meters in spikes before - I know what bad calf pain feels like, trust me. With distance track races, my calves get super tight, but usually it recovers after a few days. With these shoes, I had calf pain just as just as bad, except it wasn't going away.. it was only getting worse with every run. I thought maybe I was running too many hills, so I switched to flatter routes, but the pain persisted. I went to my local running shoe store, and the issue became obvious. Before switching to Arahis, I had been running in Mizuno Wave Inspires - a shoe with a 10 mm drop for maximum arch support. They told me Arahis only have a 4 mm drop, and that's likely why I had pain. I switched back to the mizunos, and sure enough the pain was gone within days. Moral of the story - if you have flat arches, this may not be the shoe for you. Hoka team - I LOVE your shoes and the wide foot bed - please make a shoe with a higher drop for people like me!! :)

Though I don't think these are the prettiest walking shoes I have purchased, they are definitely the most comfortable. I have always purchased Brooks Adrenaline, but my size was not available in a color I liked. After waiting for an "in stock email" for nearly a month, I googled "best sneaker for overpronators" and found this shoe. I am so glad I did! I suspect I won't be buying Brooks again.

I first tried these the year Hoka came out with the Arahi and I fell in LOVE with them. I suffered from shin splints for my entire running career and these helped me eliminate them completely! I trained for multiple halves with these and they helped make training injury free. These shoes quite literally helped me fly back into running again! I can't say enough wonderful things about these shoes. If you tend to overpronate, have shin splints or just want to add a little bit more stability to your stride, these are the answer!
I always go a size up in running shoes from my street shoe size, so I got an 11 and they are super comfortable!

Love how these shoes feel on my feet. I have a heel spur on one foot and Achilles tendinitis on both feet (yeah sucks). These are the only shoes I can walk in comfortably without any pain. Today I went for a walk with my handsome Husky and he decided to chase after a squirrel . He booked it! Still holding on to the leash...I ran!!!! I was a little afraid of getting hurt, but to my surprise I felt NO pain whatsoever. I can go on and on. I will definitely purchase another pair! Thank you HOKA for this life changing experience.

I use these for every day walking, shopping, anything casual. I've never found a combination of cushioning and stability that worked so well for me. Usually stable shoes feel like lead weights and are hot to wear and hard to put on. I really like the Clifton but these have more stability. I need more colors! The light color is the only one I'd wear and I don't love it. Due to li large toe box I can wear a 10 instead of the 10.5 I usually wear. I think a soft blue gray, a black/light gray, some more versatile, not so bright colors.

I can only wear these shoes to help with plantar fasciitis - need more colors - would order the rose colored shoes if they were offered in the 10 wide size!!

I am a healthcare worker. I have worn these shoes daily for 4 month which I considered in my review. The back loop of one shoe broke when I put my shoes on and the inner liner is ripped around the laces and the heal. For almost $200 I would have expected these shoes to last for at least 6 months before visible rips. They are extremely comfortable and I am hoping my next pair lasts longee

Very light weight, comfortable, moderate stability and support.
Ordered wide width and was perfect for my slightly wide feet, with high instep.
Only issue is the colors, not to my taste.

I normally buy running shoes 1/2 a size larger than my regular shoes (I usually buy a 9.5 W). I had to size all the way down to an 8 1/2 W in these. The fit is perfect, but for some reason the heel of the left shoe is making my foot burn a little just walking around in the house in them. Maybe there's just not quite enough cushion in that area. The jury is out on these. The only colors I liked in these were the black and the teal blue. I really hope they do better with the colors in the future. This review may sound negative, but it's really not. It's hard to find running shoes that are perfect in every way, especially when you need a wide width and some stability.

I ended up with size 6 D - Wide. I'm a 7 with Mizuno. Good width and I have wide feet. I did replace the inner soles with my own.

I usually wear Size 6 womens in everything from casual to dress shoes. With HOKA, I had to size down a 1/2 size because 6 basically just slips off my feet. The 1/2 size smaller fits much better but I still get moderate slippage in the back heel. I don't run with these because they are still too loose, but they are extremely comfortable to walk around in. I use these as work shoes at the clinic.

I have RA, and I've bought so many different styles of shoes thinking they would make the difference that I need, and finally I found a pair that actually don't hurt my feet. I stand and walk for 8hrs and day, and I'm no longer in shooting pain. I would definitely buy another pair.
