I like the brand but this particular shoe the tongue was very thin hard and sharp on your foot if you wore short socks. So I took back to a store and traded them in for a different style and I love those.

I never buy shoes online but in the days of Covid habits have to change. My sister raved about her hoka one one shoes so I decided to get a pair. After reading the descriptions and comparing different types I selected the elevon 2. I have been very disappointed. I walk about 4 miles a day on mostly even surfaces and afterwards, more often than not, my feet hurt and there is chafing along the right side of my right foot (I do not have wide feet). I would have returned them, except I foolishly threw the packaging away.

Recreational runner 3-5 miles daily I've owned 3 other pairs of Hokas and I LOVED THEM! However these are a constant struggle. The tongue and lacing is constantly causing socks to slip around and I am getting blisters. I have tried 4 different types of socks now and I am still not comfortable in these.

These are the worst pair of shoes I've ever owned. Incredibly uncomfortable and my ankles are constantly being sliced at by the poorly designed shoe tongue. It's like getting a paper cut on your ankle over and over again every time you walk/run. Very disappointed and would not recommend this shoe to anyone.

The top of the tongue of the shoe is hard and digs into my foot. It's very uncomfortable. I missed the return window and am stuck with the shoes. I've loved the other shoes I've had but this one hurts. I don't recommend.

I ended up returning these. I've owned 2 other pair of Hokas and loved them, but these were just too weird. The tongue was not soft like my others, but instead a thin almost plastic like material that poked the top of my foot making them uncomfortable. The other thing was the way the laces and everything and togetherjust strange and fussy.

I do not like it! The description promised cushion. After using the shoes for several days to walk/run/exercise , I experienced heel pain. I had to add inserts for cushion.

Ordered size 7.5 per website recommendation but it was way too big. Exchanged for size 6.5 but it was still too large. However, the system doesn't allow another exchange or return. Poor service. Tried the exchanged size for a usual run and my foot was badly hurt by the tongue design. Had high hope for hoka shoes but it was great disappointment.

Expensive shoe with no support. My feet was hurting bad the two day I wore these to work. I only work four hours a day . My feet felt like I had been standing 8 hrs. I returned them.

I was excited about my shoes. Once I received them they were too big. These shoes are not true to size. They run large.

I'm returning this shoe. Large fit. 9.5 is more like a 10. The color is nice.

I loved everything about this shoe except the hard plastic tongue. I'm not sure why the tongue was made with this material but after 2 attempts of jogging in these shoes I need to return them. The tongue cuts into my ankles and now I have painful open sores on my ankles from where the tongue was cutting into them. I need to return the shoes which is very frustrating

I am a true elevon fan. I have bought several pair of the Elevon 1. This is my first pair of Elevon 2 and I am so disappointed. I cannot wear them for more than a couple of hours before they are just killing my feet. Please go back to the Elevon 1 style. These cramp my toes terribly. I am so sad.

I returned this shoe. It felt stiff and extremely awkward for moving, walking. I do like my other Hoka shoe and wear it everyday for my morning walk.

I have wider feet and high arches and this was not the shoe for me. I was optimistic about the fly thing for my feet rolling outwards -- but my feet would instantly go completely go numb after 5 mins running and walking.
