The style and color of shoes are amazing and the fit is true to size I had hoped for more heel support but sadly does not have it.

The Elevon, does not have sufficient cushion. I have been using Hokas for the past 7 years normally buying Cliftons. This is the first time I have been dissapointed. I did love the color of the Elevon I bought, but I will not buy it again.

This latest pair was not as comfortable as I have been used to with my past purchases of Hokas. I have always worn Clifton's but this last one was not a clifton and I will not buy it again.

I ordered these in the same size as two previous Hoka purchases, but the Elevon was too big. They also didn't help with my ball-of-foot pain. I sent back to exchange for a different style.

I love the Elevon 2. This is my second pair after putting 500+ miles on my first pair. These are 5 star shoes all the way. I docked the rating because I do think HOKA could do more with the color ways for this shoe. I haven't loved the color way of either pair that I've purchased and felt like I was just going with the best of the worst colors. My thing is I try to avoid a white sole. I shouldn't have to choose only all Black to do that. HOKA design team, get more creative!!

Good shoe but for the price nothing special over say $90 to $100 pair. Had received great reviews from friends but can't tell a whole lot of difference than my older shoes by a competitor

I don’t like the back heel which juts out an extra half inch or more. Looks & feels strange when walking. Love the color combo of almond milk and white.

the laces are super long and they come untied:/ otherwise i've gotten used to the cutout tongue but i do miss the first elevons. my shoes shouldn't be so challenging...running is hard enough

I decided to try these after loving the Rincon (which I love) and these are alright. They are a snug fit and not as cushioned as I had hoped. I'll use them for some weight training but not running. I love the look though. Overall, not going to be a favorite but I look forward to buying another style of Hoka.

The shoe is comfortable but not as cushiony as the bondi. The tongue of the shoe is made of hard, pointy material and irritates my ankles. I would not buy again for that reason.

They do not feel as comfortable as my previous Hoka One One's. My feet and legs seem to have more aching after a long day wearing them on concrete! Not as supportive!
I'd also recommend:
None, just my previous style, and I'm not sure what number they are!

I have original Evelon that I wear for casual and I love them!! I bought the Evelon 2 and they are not as comfortable. The split tongue isn't padded at all and isn't as comfortable. It's just not a smooth feeling shoe now.

There is a weird elastic sling inside this shoe that is not evident on the description. It did take a minute to get used to it being there. I just don't find the cushioning on this style as good as some of the others.

Not these! I do love the color and the comfort/performance is on par with the half dozen Hoka's I've had in the past. This shoe gets a 3 out of 5 for messing with perfection in the design of the shoe. The tongue is SUPER weird and different and the shoe is laced into the tongue and onto the shoe. I've struggled getting them on and off since day one. The tongue folds under itself or doesn't sit right. It's pretty bad.

Bought my mother the Elevons last year and she LOVED them. They really helped her aching feet. Got her the new ones for XMAS this year and she struggled to lace them up and they were ultimately not as comfortable as the other ones. They were so different from the original Elevons we purchased a season prior. Now we are trying to find a different shoe for her from Hoka.

I thought the Elevon 2 might be better than the first version but neither has the cushioning and performance of the Vanquish. It's hard to believe the shoes would be that much different as they look similar but the Vanquish was so much better. PLEASE listen to your customers and bring the beloved Vanquish back! Thank you!

The overall look of the shoe, the cushion and support are great. The tongue of shoe is hard and stiff and the edges rubbed the front of my shin/lower front of ankle. Even with a blister bandaid, tall socks it's been hard to break them in but I'm working on it.

I really love hoke and loved the first model of elevon. Never had a problem. This model is similar in feel with the exception of the tongue. Why does it dig into your ankle? It's terrible. Why did the style change? Why did it need to change? It's terrible when the first and last you feel the tongue digging into your ankle the whole run. Just terrible what this unnecessary design change does to an otherwise excellent running shoe. Very disappointing.

Hoka was brought to my attention by one of my favorite chefs and I figured she knew what she was talking about- she works on her feet all day! But Hoka was a little more pricey than I would normally spend on shoes so I took my time and did some research on the different fits before ordering online. When the shoes arrived I was really impressed by the look, they are pretty adorable for workout shoes! I really liked the color and the style was unique. I bought the Lead/Pink Sand color and they make me happy, and remind me of a frozen yogurt shop for some reason :) But I felt like the fit was lacking- if I had tried them on in the store I probably wouldn't have bought them. They seem to run a little big (I normally wear an 8.5) and the cushion, which was listed as their most cushioned, is... not cushioned. Like, at all. The shoe is also pretty big, which I wasn't used to. I wear a lot of lower profile shoes, like keds and ballet flats, so so walking up and down stairs took a while to get used to because I kept catching the edge of the stair. After wearing them for a few weeks I would say that I do like that they have a very strong, substantial feel to them, I feel grounded and anchored with great balance. I would say that they are perfect shoes for walking around the city. They are also very, very cute.

I REALLY wanted to love this shoe because they are very goodlooking and I loved the color I got. I want to exchange them because I got horrible blisters around the sides of my feet and heel where the footbed met the side of the shoe. It was almost like it was pinching the sides of my feet or rubbing them raw. I tried to deal with it for a while because I figured I just needed to wear them in but its been over a month and the blisters keep showing up.

Love my Bondi 6's, but was getting callouses on balls of feet. I thought maybe too wide and foot was sliding around. Thought i'd try these. They are a bit more narrow in front which is good, but they are a tad shorter and the tongue is a deal breaker. It is so uncomfortable. I'm afraid to actually wear them on a long walk. It seems really cheaply made for a more expensive shoe.

This is my 4thbpair if Hoka and I was excited to try a new style! I LOVE the look and feel of these. Great design and very comfortable except for the tongue of the shoe. So very uncomfortable. It rubs as soon as you put it on and scrapes the skin, causing blisters. Just wearing around, I have to adjust my socks constantly to prevent this, but I couldn't imagine going on a long run in these. Torture! Hoka, please fix this issue because otherwise, this is an amazing sneaker! Disappointed to say the least!

So here's the thing, the shoes are fine. I've had Hoka shoes before and they're great. But the issue here is that these are not new. They have some discoloration and wear on the inside, so it's kind of misleading to sell them as new, right? And I'm torn because I like them but shouldn't have to pay full price for new shoes when they are not really new. They didn't even come with the original box.

The bottom of the shoe is starting to come apart. I feel for the price of the shoe that's unacceptable. I also have only had them a few months so very disappointing.
