So these shoes are like walking on a cloud. You don't even know you have it on. I used it for hiking 10+ miles and my feet were not in pain. It fits like a glove. I was suppose to be testing them out and ended up wanting everyone I knew to buy a pair. Amazing! I just say that when I got them wet that was NOT a good feeling. They dried in the dryer fast but do not get them wet and have to walk a distance. I usually hike in sneakers for the most part b/c I couldn't find anything I like ... but these are officially my favorite hiking boots. The buck stops here

Just wore these boots straight out of the box on a moderate trail hike in a Michigan state park. They were great, lightweight but supportive. Plenty of grip, nice wide toe box, no slippage, flexible and my foot did not get too hot when worn with a thin wool sock. I will see how they hold up in rain and hotter/colder conditions (about 60 degrees today). A little bit of dirt came over the ankle collar but not distractingly bad. I am 7.5 in sandals/dress shoes and 8 in athletic shoes/boots, wide across my foot and I have a bunion on the left big toe. Got these in 8. These shoes did not rub anywhere and I had only the usual bunion soreness from long walks but no aggravation. They make a little noise hopefully that goes away with wear. I got the blue color and they are really cute, much more attractive than most hiking/walking shoes. Looks like Nike ACG. My husband got the men’s version in black and loves them.

These are super light and very cute hiking boots. I've been wearing these all summer and am happy with the waterproof feature of the shoe, I've stomped through streams and heavy mud and my feet stay dry. These are definitely for light day hikes or camping. I wore these on a 12-mile backpacking overnight and didn't feel like I had enough support or protection. The wide toe box is very comfortable but also doesn't feel super secure when hiking downhill. Overall, they're pretty good for hiking around the Northeast but for anything more serious you may need something more sturdy.

Super comfortable and truly waterproof. It's a little hard to get them on, but not too bad. Great traction.

It is a well made shoe but did not fit me well for the price. The ankle support rubbed my ankle instead of supporting it. The laces were more difficult to undo so harder to take off. The mesh upper I think would trap more dirt. The roomy toe box was the best feature. I wanted to replace Ahnu boots that I had worn out but I can't find them anymore.

First of all- these are SO cute and they look amazing. I ordered my true size and they fit perfect with regular socks. I tried them with thick wool socks for hiking and even though they fit as well I can already tell I won’t have the room my feet will need for long hikes (with swollen feet), at least not until they’re completely broken in. If your feet swell a lot, I would go up half a size.. otherwise, these are absolutely perfect. Can’t wait to take them on an actual hike!

Wore them for hike in Appalachian Trail and Waywayanda State Park in NJ. They were comfortable through it all. Good looking too. Very happy with them.

I've been wearing these boots for short daily hikes for about a month and liked them for that purpose. Then I wore them on a 30-mile backpacking loop and I started to get pain in the arch of my foot around mile 15. The pain worsened, and I basically had to hobble the remaining 15 miles out. I've done hikes like this before and have never had arch pain problems... The only thing that was different this time was the boots. I'm disappointed - the waterproof feature was what I was looking for, and I was pleased with that aspect. However, I'd rather have wet feet and blisters than the arch pain that I dealt with on the trail and am still dealing with afterwards...

These are great for me, I got the black in a size 7.5, my usual size. I tried the 8 and it was too big. The arch is perfect...not a big crazy bump and in the right place for me. I've walked and hiked in them...thick and thin socks. It's easy to tighten around the ankle so that there's no heel slip with any kind of sock.

This boot has room for my orthotics, bunions and wide forefeet but still managed to fit my heel, quite a miracle. Give it a try if you have similar issues!

I absolutely love these boots. I didn't have to break them in at all. I normally wear an 8 but purchased these in an 8.5 since I normally wear thicker socks with my hiking boots. When I read comments saying these were not for narrow feet, I was skeptical because my feet are pretty narrow. But I decided to try them out and they are perfect for my feet! I bought the sand color first, and just now purchased a second pair in, blue. I love the color options. I work at a brewery and have started wearing these to work. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

So far I've worn these on a few hikes in Washington and Colorado so far. While the hikes weren't very long, my feet were pretty comfortable in these. Pretty happy with them!

Two 5.5 mile hikes in and so far they are so comfortable. Love the roomy toe box. Would highly recommend at this point. I did buy a half size up to accommodate my thick Smartwool socks.

I wore these the day I received them on a five mile hike and they were great. In addition I hiked in the snow with them and my feet were warm and dry. The only reason for a 4 star rating is that Teva usually has good arch support already in the shoes. This pair required me to use a third party insert in order to get the necessary arch support.

Lots to love about these, but the Montara won out! There was just a little bit less room in the toe box on these and the heel padding almost felt like it was tilting my heel inward. I also liked that the Montara had just a bit more height and stability in the ankle so I'm not getting sand and gravel in my shoes while hiking. Beautiful and pretty comfy otherwise so would work well for others I'm sure.

These are nicely made boots, but did not fit my narrow-ish feet (I wear regular shoes, not narrow, but my feet are on the slender side). I almost didn't order them based on another review that said these were wide. Should have heeded the warning as these are very wide shoes. I think if you have feet that are on the wider side then these would be lovely. I, unfortunately, had to return them.

These boots really feel like you are wearing a comfortable shoe but give the ankle support. The toe box is roomy. I have been using them to hike trails near where I live a couple times a week and will be taking them to hike the Columbia River Gorge in late September. I bought a half size up to ensure room for swelling feet

Structurally sound and a nice looking boot. I ordered a 9M and it was true to size with plenty of room in toe box. The reason for return: the insole didn't have enough cushion for my comfort. Felt too thin. I packed & mailed them off immediately at UPS & refund came very fast.

These are the most comfortable hiking boots ever. I wear them for day hikes and multi day back packing trips and my feet are always comfortable. I've actually had ongoing issues with plantar fasciitis and these boots don't aggravate it at all!! I wore them when I hiked Kilimanjaro, and while I wouldn't say they're 100% waterproof, they are definitely comfortable and light weight on long hikes. I often size up a half size for my hiking boots to accommodate thick socks and so my toes don't hit the end of my boot, but I actually went up a whole size in these because my toes were already at the end of the boot.

I stumbled on the Teva GrandView Gortex by accident in 2020. I don't know how many hundreds of miles I trekked uphill, downhill, flat, sandy... I can tell you, they survived the washer and dryer twice and lasted 2 years covering a lot of Terrain. I've since tried Merrill, LaSportiva and On. Ive decided Teva GrandView Goretex is my favorite. It's stable and super grippy on all trail types. It feels great climbing/walking up and over granite boulders, limestone, loose surfaces... they are the most comfortable in the toe box and best to keep my heels in place preventing my toes from getting smashed into the shoes downhill. My complaint and the only reason I tried others is because it's impossible finding them in stores and I prefer in-person shopping. Market these better and get them on more shelves, Teva!!!

I took these on a couple of hikes in Sedona, and they were excellent!! I didn't need to break them in. They felt great and provided support, and were not slippery on the rocks. Would definitely buy again!

I have been looking for a hiking boot for a long time!! I like more neutral colors but found a lot of women’s boots still lacked a feminine side. I loved the color of this on with the rose gold color accents. Wore them all day on a long adventure around the Upper Peninsula in Michigan. Worked great for hikes, boat ride, and walking downtown Marquette.

These hiking shoes are terrific. They look great and are very comfortable to wear. I originally ordered my usual size 8.5, but the shoes were too tight in the instep and the forefoot seemed shallow, so I exchanged for a size 9. The 9s feel a tad too long, but the shoes can now accommodate my orthotic insoles and feel perfect with thick socks. I ordered the light brown color and love the teal accents -- just enough pop for a woman of a certain age like me (I hope I didn't jinx the brand by disclosing this :-o). The Vibram soles & treads look solid but not so heavy duty that I would look out of place wearing these during urban hikes. I also like the snugness of the ankle collar. Hiking in SoCal can be very sandy and I often have to vacuum out the insides of my shoes because the fine sand doesn't always shake out. I look forward to doing this less often. I should also mention that the shoes are not heavy at all.

I often buy size 9 but also wear 8.5. Like someone else said, the toe box is very roomy. I went down to 8.5 and there is still plenty of room - keeping those. These shoes are funky and cute!
