Very comfortable for daily use. Good foot support unlike many other Teva styles that are not made as they were a few years ago. As a unisex sandal it is very wide and kind of clunky on my small foot. You should offer this in women's sizes.

I am giving it five stars for comfort even though I am returning the shoes. I have joint pain so needed something with more give -- otherwise these are very, very comfortable. Padded straps and no need to wear anything in. I cannot say they are the most flattering shoe, even though your foot stays secure in the middle, they are very wide on the sides. That said, not sure why a pair of Teva sandals need to be super stylish....I only wore them around the house but these would have been a win for me five years ago before my medical issues.

These are great for all day hiking wear! My only complaint is I wish they had a plain black, tan or white pair. I don't dress nor like to many colors. The only reason I get them is because if the durability and the different hiking I do. Please make them in plain basic colors!!!

Style & Stability: I LOVE these Teva Terra 5i 5 Universals with "Sun and Moon Motif." They are so cool looking and are my everyday go-to shoe to walk my dogs in morning and evening. I use to feel like I needed socks and trainers for a stable, comfortable walk, but its hot in Florida! These are perfect for the sun and waterproof for rainy days. I have never slipped in wet weather, I walk fast and sometimes through muck. They are extremely comfortable even when I experience the pain of plantar fasciitis some mornings.
Size - I measure 8.5 and wide. Most of the time, I actually size up to a 9.5 or 10 in regular width and that works okay (I wear sandals and trainers/sneakers the most). With Teva Terra I wear a 9 and the width is perfect, so I feel that these probably run a pinch wider. However these also have 3 different adjustment straps which may be why I am able to get a great fit.
Strap Durability: I'm just now reading more about this shoe as I'm writing review and see that straps are made of vegan recycled material (awesome!). The ONLY complaint I have (but keeping them because I love them), is that the end and sides of the toe straps began to fray. I've only had them a few months but do wear them a lot. There was no way I was going to keep me from wearing these shoes. So, I easily fixed this issue by trimming the fray and treating all edges with "Dritz Fray Check Liquid Seam Sealant" ($2.50) sold almost everywhere. They look back to perfect now. I did take it a step further and sewed a simple zig zag stitch around the edges, but probably not necessary. Listen, if I did not love these shoes so much, I would have just sent them back. They are the hard to find perfect shoe for my widish, hard working feet.

I work at a garden center on gravel or cement all day and wet feet on and off as I water plants. The cushioning pieces under the straps are perfect to make these awesome out of the box…no worries about spots rubbing to cause blisters. dry fast. adjustable everywhere so you get the perfect fit for your foot. I wear an 8 tennis shoe and ordered and 7 and it fit perfect.

I usually wear a size 7 1/2 or 8 in women's, because my feet are wide and rarely fit in normal sizes. I consulted the size chart and went with a 7, anticipating i would have to go up a size. But when they arrived and I tried them on, they fit PERFECTLY!!! I am SO glad that i finally found a summer shoe that works for my feet! They are extremely cushy and comfortable, and the straps don't chafe or rub on your skin. There are only two things i would change about the Terra Fi 5 Universal, and those things are the weight and arch support. While they offer great support for hikes or walks, they are a bit heavy and clunky, i wish they felt a little lighter. And they could definitely use some better arc support, i feel like the footbed is rather flat. Besides those two minor negativities, these shoes are amazing! Comfortable, easy to slip on, perfect for wider feet, and very durable. I would definitely buy these again!

I love the design. The shoe has really nice padding and the footbed is supple but provides good support.

The advantages of the cross straps being completely adjustable is key for me! With RA there are days I need the shoe to barely touch my joints . On those good days when I am out walking I appreciate the adjustable straps and the great arch support.

I wear a size 7-7.5 and I bought the size 7. The sizing was correct and I loved how rugged they were, but the shoe has a much wider foot bed than I could get used to, particularly around the balls of my feet. I kept tripping over my own feet as the sides of my shoes scuffed together. I went for the Universal Trail instead, which are more narrow around the foot bed.

The daughter I bought these for didn't care for them but my other daughter, who has had several foot surgeries loves them. Love the 3 adjustable straps and cushioned sole.

I live in Tevas. In the morning they are my slippers, the rest of the day my walkers. I am in my 70's and when the young kids see me in Tevas they think I am cool. ;-). This one only got 4 stars because the left footbed feels off....giving it time and Teva is excellent with warranty (never had to use it) but it could be a defect so holding off the 5th star until I know. I have a narrow foot so this model is perfect because I can cinch it in to have it hug my narrow foot. My husband lives in his Tevas too.

I have been wearing Tevas for over 20 yrs. I have used them hiking, backpacking, at the beach and walking my dog. I am on the whole happy with my latest pair, except they seem a bit slippery on wet pavement. So I am not delighted with the sole on these sandals. Earlier pairs seemed to have a better sole. For the price, I believe they should have a stickier, well lugged sole.

These sandals are so comfortable that I can walk in them all day and my feet feel great! I also like that they are so open air that my feet stay cool and I can use them for boating and beach and not worry about getting them wet.
I highly recommend.

I purchased these sandals because I have a number of foot problems. I have a pair of Teva's that I have had for over 20 years. They are the only sandals I have ever owned that I could go wear while walking without getting blisters or sore feet. My old sandals are getting worn out so I ordered these as a replacement. I have been able to adjust them to fit comfortably on my feet. I have worn them for 2 full days without any issues. I like that there is good support and great tread. I would recommend these sandals. I gave them a 4 star rating because I haven't had them long enough to see how well they will hold up.

I really wanted these to work for me. The sun and moon motif is super cute but the style just isn't for me. I have to tighten all the straps a lot in order to keep my foot from sliding forward and that makes them uncomfortable especially around the toes. The arch support was good though.

I love Teva brands, unfortunately these weren't for me. Too soft. After long distances make my hills sore. arch support too high, maybe because they were a little big. I'm saving them for my sister. Thank you.

Loved the colors and designs on Teva Terra Fi 4. Black shows dust and wear very quickly on these heavy duty hiking sandals

I want to love these because I needed a sandal tha would give me more support and last longer. They do seem more heavy-duty than my usual hurricane 2s - which are the only footwear i wear- spring summer and fall. They unfortunately are just not as comfortable. the straps and the plastic ankle doodad where the straps attach all rub weirdly and I can't seem to get them adjusted for any kind of long-haul walk. after an hour I have blisters from the straps cutting into my ankle and even on the balls of my feet from the grippy surface of the footbed. this has never happened in the history of my teva hurricanes which I've been wearing for 15 years.

Clunky. So clunky. Didn’t fit to my feet the way Teva normally does. Felt so heavy. I bought them for summer walks with my dog. I won’t be wearing them again next summer.

These did not work for my feet. I have two pairs of Teva Tirras that I love and can walk miles in with no discomfort. I was hoping these would be the same, but the insole was actually too cushioned. The arch area is so soft that it compressed with wear and didn't provide the support I was looking for. The Tirras have some cushioning but are a little firmer, and the arch does not compress as much. The olive color looked great, though, and they seemed to be well made. If you like a lot of cushioning, these may be for you.

I like the Hurricanes but the sole is a little different on these, the arch didn't fit my foot, changing sizes didn't help. Bummed, they have a nice soft sole, wanted to keep them.

I bought these because I read a review that says they are the best long distance walking sandal. They straps are hard and uncomfortable, and don't adjust well (they don't "sit" except for on the original placement. The footbed is also too large, feels like walking on a board. It's not a matter of size; they seem to be the correct size. I couldn't walk further than around my neighborhood in these.

These shoes are great looking. They rubbed on my feet and caused a sore on my otter little toes. I ended up sending them back.
