Right sandal fell apart second time I wore them

I wear sandals mostly in the city. Last year, soon after I bought them, I wore them one day in the rain. I stood up in a bus, slipped on the wet linoleum floor, and broke my hip. The sandals grip on rocks and rough surfaces but not on smooth wet surfaces. I will no longer wear them if it rains. Take care...

I have bought these sandals several times over the years and the quality has been excellent until now. these split the first time I wore them. I do not recommend them. I had to wear other sandals on my recent trip to Asia. I could not risk these completely delaminating

I purchased a pair of these shoes 13 months ago. The strap came clean out of the sole. Unfortunately their warranty only covers the first 12 months so I'm totally out of luck. I highly recommend trying another brand.

Taught diving for 10 years so lived in Terra Fi then, and kept doing so after that. Love them! Only problem is that now they fall apart so much faster. Instead of a year or more, it's down to less than 6 months. The Teva agent I spoke with told me that if I could prove I'd purchased 3 pair, only on their website, and that they had problems Teva approved, they'd probably get me a discount on the 4th pair. Not ideal customer service. If this pair dies as quickly as the last few, after 19 years I'll have to start looking for something new.

Mostly at the beach that has a rough approach route to the sandy area. Feels very secure on my feet for a safe walk carrying my longboard under my left arm and the cooler in my right hand.

I used these sandals for evening walks. No hiking. No strenuous climbing. The soles are not worn down. But the raised portions under the ball of both feet and under the heel of the left foot have disintegrated, there are now holes about 1/4 in deep into the footbed. I had them for 2 years, but wore them only in the summers, maybe 3 times per week, for about 30 or 40 minutes. I have been refused replacements or a refund. I bought these after talking to a Teva representative in Colorado, who placed the order. They are directly from Teva. I have tried repeatedly to upload images of the soles but they will not upload.

My old Tevas from 2012 are very comfortable and were on day 1. The design of newer tevas has too much arch, and foot support all in the wrong places for me. Like torture wearing the new designs. Please make the old designs with flatter softer foot beds.

There is a bulge in the sandal near the ball of the foot, where the strap goes into the sole of the sandal. It's only in the right sandal and annoying when walking around on it. I haven't had any problems with previous Teva sandals that I have purchased in the past.

I'm so disappointed with these sandals. They gave me a HUGE blister on the bottom of my heel that took almost two weeks to heal. I bought these to wear next month when I intend to complete the full Camino de Santiago and I'm so disappointed that they were a complete fail.

The shoes are good looking but they gave me a blister on my right foot. I have an older pair that never did this. For whatever reason this pair caused a buster.

I have always been a Teva wearer and have always loved my Teva's. However the last 2 pairs have failed in the same place within 3 months of purchase. The toe straps has split and cracked open on the inside of the foot. Now I do wear my sandals everywhere. However never had this problem in the past. In the past I would replace them because the soul was warn out not because of defect. Now looking at other brands.

My old tevas died when the sole separated suddenly. I replaced them with the current version of the same model and was disappointed with the lack of arch support and uncomfortable straps.

Good show but horrible straps! Old simple straps worked perfect but this one is plain awful if you don't eldest socks. Sizing is too big also.

I donated mine! Hurt my feet! Couldn't resolve the issue with a return or a refund!!! Soo NO I wouldn't / couldn't / shouldn't recommend your product or your costumer service!!!

I just got these and the padding on the straps are so uneven from one foot to the other they are still comfortable but looks stupid. Not to happy I spent all this money for uneven poor quality control sandals.

I purchased these sandals and loved them when they arrived, but they are too big. So I chatted with an associate who promised to send me and exchange label that never arrived, I reached out a second time and got no response. I'm frustrated because I would love to wear these in the right size. This is the first time my service with this company has been soooo bad, I'm hoping I can get help.

They have rubbed against my feet and made them sensitive, whichI have had to deal with with band-aids.
