I love the fit, style, and comfort, but the soles on these shoes sounds like you're ripping duct tape off of the floor as you walk around the office. They squeak awl full. It's really embarrassing and I can't wear them because of it. I would like to return them.

Not my style, not comfortable

Very uncomfortable and do not breathe well. I would like to return but they've been worn once.

They are already starting to fall apart and it's only been a couple of weeks.

I generally love your shoes and have several pair. These were well below the normal comfort I experience with JM shoes so I returned them. Minimal arch support and leather was not as soft as I expected from this kind of slip on shoe.

Very bad shoes in quality and made. I ordered same shoe in different sizes and all were of different qualities. Such a big difference in quality wise. I never thought Johnston murphy would compromise it's quality but I'm so sad to say that the Johnston murphy is not the same anymore standard wise.

The shoes looked used.

Very disappointed. I have been buying your shoes for years. This was junk and fell apart in about one month. I am not considering any further products from your business.

Water stains these shoes. Ruined them

I bought these because they were very comfortable and I liked the look. It's a shoe that could work with a suit just as much as it could everyday clothes. Within 3 months however, of maybe wearing them only 2 or 3 days each week, the sides flared out at the inner edge of the insole, and the binding around the elastic began to rip off! I would upload photos if the review allowed for it. And I see so many glowing reviews on here too! So I'm unfortunately really disappointed with this purchase and wouldn't recommend.

These are terrible shoes. Wore them 2 days & gave me plantar fasciitis. I was a loyal J&M customer for lace up formal shoes but no more. The customer service wouldn't even answer calls or call back. I'm a loyal J&M customer with plenty formal shoes & clothing. This is the first time I purchased casual/slip on from J&M & have a terrible plantar fascitis only after wearing it for two full days. I can't bear the thought to wear them anymore & easily the worst shoes I've ever purchased.

I used it for one day and it tore off my skin on the back. I have a similar one from Ecco and have had no problem. I am disappointed, but perhaps others may have had different outcome.

I need to send them back and get larger and wider sizes

I cancelled my purchase because shoes not available until 12/21. This date should have been listed before my purchase.

Way to big

I like everything about these shoes EXCEPT that they are unwearable due to digging into the back of my heel. VERY painful and now several days after wearing them for 10 minutes my skin here is still healing.

Shoes were nice, but not for me. The manager at the store near me tried to refuse the return since he didn't stock the style. He said he was unable to accept them for this reason. I showed him where the paperwork indicated I should return there and he caved. I understand why he wouldn't want to take something in he doesn't sell, but he was kind of a whiney twerp about it. If he would have just said, hey dude help me out and send back via mail because of ... I probably would have to help the dude out.

I wore these shoes for the first time on March 17 and 10 days later still have the scabs on both of my heels where the leather piece on the back of the shoe cut right into my heels. Will never where these shoes again.
