I generally really love my J&Ms, but this one cut my heel, right where the Achilles joins it. Was bummed; sent 'em back.

I was looking for a shoe to wear with shorts to work in (we live in Florida), and which were not to dressy and not to casual. This shoe is it. I bought two pair the black and the tan and they were comfortable right out of the box.
