All in all, they look great, and as far as the sizes, if you're ordering and worried about them being too small or big I can see how these might run a little tight and/or narrow on other people, but overall I give it five stars out of five.

I normally need a 13 wide, but the regular size 13 seem wide enough for me. They look great and are comfortable!
