A little narrow fit. Had to try stretching out wearing around the house with 2 pair socks.

i don't have a wide foot (but i do have a high arch) and i typically prefer a narrow shoe, but i was surprised how snug this shoe fits. The narrowness is problematic because the inner liner connecting to the tongue has a thick sewn edge that folds over when i put it on the shoe. And even if i am careful to not let it fold over, this seam is thick enough that it rubs against the lateral edge of my foot and is pretty painful after an aggressive court session. Also, i got white, which seems to pick up any and all dust. The design of the outer is really hard to clean and so now my shoes just look dingy even after only using them 10 times.

I like the look of the shoe. However, on the inside of the shoe is a fabric support strap across the top of the foot. Sometimes the strap gets rolled when putting on the shoe, creating uncomfortable pressure on the side of my foot. I have to be careful not to let the fabric roll. It appears that after many wearings the strap could wear out or break. I am not impressed by that part of the interior design. As long as I ensure the strap does not roll, the shoes are comfortable and give good support. Given their price, I hope they survive the test of time.

I go through about 3-4 pairs of ASICS a year. I was a big fan of the resolution 6s and the 7s were perfect. There are several issues with the 8s. The hard material over the toe pinched when going into your toes, as in serve motions, such that I've started developing calluses on top of my toes. The new thinner laces broke pretty early on my first two pairs. But the biggest issue is with sliding. The 7s had a great, tacky grip when sliding on hard courts that was easy to control for 2 - 4 ft slides. The 8s are way too slick and my outside foot often slides out when doing lateral slides (sliding forward into dropshots is fine). I feel like the Dynawrap pulls the outside of the shoe away from the court and causes the foot to slip out. It's less reliable. Hopefully the resolution 9s with go back to what made the 7s great.

Bought these so my son could play tennis in them. He said, he was sliding all over the hard court. If you are one that enjoys sliding into ball these are for you.

Where the sole comes up on the outside of the shoe, it digs in the side of my foot. Its only my left foot

Looks good on the picture but not very comfortable

Didn't fit as well as the last 4 pairs I bought despite being the same size. Narrower than the earlier pairs and more rigid as well. The plastic doesn't breath as it has no netting like the prior pairs.

No cushion for this ASICS gel. If you wear special insole made , you will realize it immediately .

I typically wear ASICS running shoes in a double wide. Regular size used to fit, but recently ASICS seemed to change their sizing. These resolutions were purchased for tennis and pickleball. I only tried them on and returned them due to fitting being too narrow. I may try going up a half size from what I typically wear. One concern was the breath ability of these. The material is solid rubber.

Too long and narrow, didn't fit right. Seemed like good quality but bad fit.

Returned online order. Photo of shoe is misleading as the upper appears to have a woven material to provide ventilation. Upper and toe woven pattern is embossed on vinyl and does not allow ventilation. Asics should advice potential buyers that upper lacks good air exchange and your feet will get hot!

Love the look, but make sure to get one size up. It has a very firm grip not very friendly for running around. I just hate to request another change in my order so I will just give this to somebody.

NOT 2E width at all. The shoes are super narrow, so no idea why these are being called 2E. Can't even imagine how narrow the regular width must be. The rating is purely based on this as I had to return the shoes.

What's the point of making this shoes if size 9.5 never really available

These used to be a perfect 11.5 fit . Somehow they changed the sizing and now they are too tight. This is based on the fact that I have purchased 20 pairs over the past years. So this should have been a no brainer. And now I am stuck with these shoes because I took the tags off. Need to find a new tennis shoe supplier.
