I bought my first pair of Asics last year as my plantar fasciitis was killing me at the end of every day and my wife who is a runner raves about them. They were amazing and helped instantly with my pain. Normally at the end of every night my feet were in a ton of pain and now they are fine. It's unbelievable. I wear them literally all day everyday. I'm not much of a runner but I wear them in the gym and on the ball field. That said, in the year I have been wearing them I have gone through 3 pairs. Every single pair has developed tears on the sides at the end of the toe box...on all 3 pairs! It's crazy. For the price of the shoe I would expect them to last longer than a few months. Now, I did reach out to Asics about this and they sent me new pairs for each one under their warranty program. So they do stand behind their product...but it's still disappointing that they don't last that long. This is the only reason for the 4 stars and not 5. The shoe fit/comfort is a total 5 star and I highly recommend for anyone with plantar fasciitis.

Another good product by ASICS... pricey for sure but comfort is valuable :) found a bit wide in the front than usual though.

Shoe feels great. If you're a runner and use a runner's loop to lace up, you will need to invest in a longer pair of laces.

A good cushioned shoe. I've been running in the Nimbus since they came out, it's my only consistent running shoe over the years. Although, this is a great feeling running shoe, you can defiantly feel the difference between this shoe and my Nimbus Platinum. I will definitely just buy the Platinums, when available, from now on. They seem to have around 8% more cushioning/bounce to them. That's a difference I can feel when it comes to my feet and running. For this reason, and this reason only, I give this shoe 4 stars vs the Platinum.

I like it a lot but gives me a blister on my pinky toe despite wide size.

After running for about a month in these shoes, I have to say that these are now my favourite long run shoes. From the start of my runs to the end the GEL-NIMBUS 22 gives me a lot of confidence in completing my runs with no trouble at all. I have been running on the road with various terrains such as cobble stones, gravel and they hold up really good. These shoes are true to size and with this my feet have felt very secured and supported for all of my runs. I would go as far to say that I am very close to purchasing another pair of these.

Nothing special just a solid high cushion shoe we have come to expect.

Went from nimbus 21 to the 22s and still have the same support with a little more cushion in the heel. The one thing I didn't expect was the color was a little off from what I thought, I wanted more blue but it was closer to grey. Still a great show, I use it for work where I stand and sit quite a bit and it remains comfortable all day.

Would have given 5 stars but the color was off from the picture. I was expecting the black to be a full black but it looks more like a dark navy blue in person. Excellent shoe though. I have been running in the nimbus for years and still love it.

Great cushion. The toe bed is not as wide as I thought it would be. But overall a great shoe.

Solid upgrade to the previous model, adjustments to cushioning and overall a good feel while running. Not evolutionary, but a nice evolution of an overall great shoe.

Had an issue with the fit of a 21, but the 22 is back to normal. Great look and good fit, what more do you need?

Extremely comfortable, just wish they had better colors!

One of my favorite Asics so far. I like the look of it and the sturdiness. I run over 100 miles every month and this will be easy in these. My only critic would be that it might be a bit to heavy

A great pair of trainers. A slight issue with the material was handled quickly by the excellent customer service team.

Found these shoes very good quality, light and comfortable. If you're used to wearing these types of running shoes you'll love these. Took about a week to get used to them, got a few blisters, keeps your feet quite hot, and took a bit of time to get used to the 'bounce' you feel when you get going. After that they're great, and definitely help with my morning exercise. If you have flat feet like myself you might find them a bit strange to start, but you'll get use to them. Definitely recommend if you're looking to invest in a good pair of walking or running shoes.

Great for running only. Feels like you're on firm clouds! Ankle aches are gone wearing these for running. I tried doing burpees and lunges on these but it's really not made for cross training.
