The sole of the boot seemed the appropriate width for a "Wide" size, but the upper was not. It tapered in very quickly from the edge so the front/toe box was very tight

The to of the boot on the front cuts into my ankle. The boot needs a taller or shorter shaft and some give in the front.

The opening was so tight I was unable to get the boot over my instep. I think it would have fit my foot had I been able to get it on. Had to return.

I always wear a size 9 in medium width. I purchased these in 9 black. The style is very nice, with a comfortable padded sole, and plenty of room in the toe. But I felt that there was not enough room on the top of my foot. My arches are on the higher side. But is is rarely an issue when buying shoes. I am hoping they will break in with wear

I got these for work. They were extremely comfortable at first and I was over the moon about them!!!! Best work shoes I've ever owned, or so I thought. About 10 weeks and the soles wore down so badly my toe is poking through the bottom on both feet! I don't know if it's because of how I walk or whatbut I've never seen a shoe do this before! Comfort at first, but very flimsy and seems cheaply made to be worn down so fast. They are basically unwearable at this point.

Loved the style, but warning for high arches. I got my normal size, and could not get them on. Comparing my foot to the bottom looked like it would've fit once on my foot, including the wide size. But I literally could not get them on all the way.

It is nice looking for faux leather but they are not comfortable in the footbed. Too stiff and when described as a comfort insole I was very disappointed. I wanted to like them but there is no give making them uncomfortable all around for me. Sorry to say.

Unfortunately these did not fit like a wide. I even sized up a half size in addition to ordering wide. I was able to get my foot in, but they were uncomfortably tight so I have to return.

I read the reviews and ordered a half size up (I am usually a 8W and I ordered a 8 1/2W). Even with the sizing up, they still felt to narrow in the toes. They also were kind of a weird color, like dirty and scuffed up looking. I returned them.

Great style but couldn't put them on although normal/usual size seemed right. Even with a side zipper and using a shoe horn, there was not enough give across the arch to allow foot to slide in.

Very disappointed with the wear of this shoe. After one trip in my car the “Chunky stacked heel” rubbed off. The heel is made to look like it’s stacked, which would be ok, if it didn’t show wear from using the car accelerator pedal on one trip.
