Although they were a bit narrow, even though I ordered a half size more, it is very comfortable and I loved it!

I ordered these in a 9W as another pair of booties (from another brand) worked well. I normally wear an 8.5M, unless the toe is too pointy. But unfortunately these were "true to size" in that the length was such that I'd be walking out of them (even with inserts). LOVE the style and color, however. Unfortunately Zappos doesn't offer an 8.5W in the color so I had to go elsewhere.

Cute boots. Good fit and looks good. Nice material that goes with anything and whatever the weather.

I actually ordered two different sizes of this shoe because I read that some customers said it ran small. After trying both pairs on, the size I usually wear, a 7.5 medium, fit the best. So, I believe this shoe runs pretty true to size. I wore it for six hours the first day, and they were very comfortable. They are also very stylish! Highly recommend!

I normally wear an 8 or 8.5. I got a 9.5W with this shoe and it fits perfectly. Very comfortable.

These booties were a bargain! The insole is decently padded, the outsole is not slippery. They look good and I've had several friends ask where I got them. Unlike other reviewers, I find these to be big (not quite a half size, but my foot slides around a bit) and they seem to be stretching). If I order another color, I'll probably size down a half size.

Because I read the reviews that said they ran small, I ordered up 1/2 size and they fit just right. The color 'ash' is a little grayer than it looked on my monitor which made me happy. The style is just right for Santa Fe.

Great shoe and fit. Wore all day on first Day

I ready the reviews prior to buying and wasn't sure they were going to fit. I have a really high arch and sometimes have trouble finding boots like these to fit across the top of my foot, but not with these! I disagree with other reviews that these are tight across the top of your foot at arch. These fit me perfect! I like them, but not in love with them. They make my feel sweat because of the plastic like material. I will keep, but not my go-to boots. They do have a nice, sleek look for lower heel.

Initially these shoes felt a little snug through the widest part of my foot. I wore them a couple of hours the first time and my feet did well with them. I think they will fit great after another wear or two. I love them! I purchased the black microsuede ones. They're so cute!

I have only worn these shoes around the house. They are very comfy, fit well & look great! Would buy them again.

Felt true to size although the heel is loose on my foot. But heels in boots are always loose on my foot. Put inserts in and that always helps.

Fit great just didn't love the styple and ended up returning.
