These were cute but the pointy toe was still a bit uncomfortable even for a wide size

Liked the look of this boot, but my toes were very scrunched and uncomfortable, so returning them.

These shoes were too tight on the toes and too wide on the heel. Had to send them back.

This boot is AMAZING! I bought it based on the reviews and it definitely is exactly what I expected! I ordered it W because of my flat feet and it is super comfy and elegant.

Normal size was too snug. Ordered a 1/2 size bigger and they fit just fine.

I like the stylish boho look of these. The neutral color means I can wear it with everything. For the second time, however, I received scuffed up shoes that were clearly worn by someone. And I don't mean for a day. The soles had a few weeks of wear! I contacted a CS person on line and they offered to replace them but these are for a trip and I couldn't wait. What's going on, Zappos?

I adore the style of these shoes, but was looking for straight comfort, and I think I need a 1/2 size larger to have the width actually feel wider. Unfortunately, they are out of the next 1/2 size up, so I guess I'll keep looking

This boot is gorgeous!! However, if you have a high instep/arch, this boot will not work for you. I struggled to get this boot on because of the angle required to get the boot on. Once on, I had plenty of room. This boot did not feel like a wide. even thought

Based on reviews, I ordered the wide width. When I tried them on, the left shoe felt a full size bigger than the right, but they seemed so comfortable that I returned them and reordered, hoping to get a matching pair. I'm glad I gave them a second chance! Finally, a shoe that I can walk in all day. I have bunion issues and my feet always hurt, but these shoes have a flexible rubber sole so it feels like I'm wearing sneakers. And they look great.

Soles were uncomfortable and there’s a tight spot in the mid foot (even in a wide) that’s just odd. Returned these immediately.

I love almost everything about these - they are unusual but not weird, a good goes-with-lots-of-things color and style. However, I"m returning these, because the front was uncomfortable for my ankles, and I bought two other pairs of boots that I like better anyway. So, B+.

True to size and width; great chunky low heel for everyday wear. Good value for style and craftsmanship

nice shoe but narrow

The fit and size was great. I wear a 7 1/2 N in a regular shoe but that’s really hard to find in a boot or bootie, especially if you want to wear a sock of some kind. These 7 1/2 M booties worked just fine and I love the braided strips for trim. Very comfortable!!

I really wanted to love these boots! Unfortunately they were just too wide for my foot even though a 7 1/2 M is my usual size in boots or booties. Even a heavy sock didn’t work. They are beautiful boots! My loss, someone’s gain.

Great fit! Very comfortable boot. Heel height just right for long periods of standing.

LOVED the boot! VERY CUTE! Unfortunately it rubbed above the ankle. Had to return it.

I have "problem feet" -one foot had corrective surgery, the other didn't. So, finding shoes/boots that fit can be a challenge. LifeStride Prairie fit perfectly -on both feet. Plus, they are beautiful and will serve my wardrobe well.

These shoes were really cute and I was sad to return. Sadly I have broken my right ankle multiple times so my foot doesn't flex well. Due to the decorative strapping, the boot didn't have any give and between my high arch and the fact I couldn't bend my ankle enough, I was unable to get the right boot on. Nice material. Great color. It's me -- I'm the problem, not this boot.

I wear wide width shoes and these are very comfortable. I had them in black and wore them for several seasons so now I purchased the same ones in brown. Waiting for cooler weather to break them out!
